We have used Madison plumbing for over 15 years whenever we have needed repair or doing home remodeling. We had them do extensive work when we moved to a new location. I have referred them to friend because I trust them and know they will do a great job.

I don't have the words to express how wonderful these guys are. Kenny and Chris were professional, kind, quick and so efficient. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They fixed everything I needed fixed and I would recommend them highly. When i called to make the appointment I spoke with Dale and he was really helpful and professional too. Thank you guys!

Our hot water heater bit the dust late in the evening and we had to wait to call someone until the next morning. Madison Plumbing was recommended by a colleague so I gave them a call. Someone answered right away and were able to get to our home that same day. Did a quick assessment. They were even incredibly accommodating to mine and my husband's crazy work schedules and came back at an agreed upon time based on our availability. Overall, the fix took about an hour and now we are back up and running. So helpful and happy to support a local business!

They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

After 2 other companies failed to snake the correct drain, our problem was solved after many years. I'd give 10 stars if I could. What a relief that the issue is fixed!

They came on the same day I called. They were in and out within a half hour. I will definitely call them again.

I hired them to replace my exterior faucets with no-freeze models. On a positive note neither faucet leaks.
I had to have them come out a second time to correct their mistakes. I.E. The handles on both faucets were loose, They had to repair the mounting on one faucet.---The mounting screws weren't fully seated, they were at odd angles and 3/8 of an inch of the screws hadn't been tightened down to the exterior wall. They failed to put sealing putty on the same faucet mount----allowing water into house during rain or snow.
I believe they overcharged me for both parts and labor. The installer left trash in my basement and dirty hand prints on my exterior door. This coupled with the fact that they had to come out a second time to correct their mistakes means I wouldn't recommend this company.

I've used them at my job for 15 or so years and recently used them at my place of residence. What a great group of professionals. We have been through several plumbers over the last 25 years and it is great to finally find a reliable and dependable company. Madison Plumbing has tested, made repairs and replaced our backflow devices. They have repaired/replaced toilets, water heaters and pipes. One thing I truly like about this company is their communication. I expect many more years of Excellent service.

Great service! I use them mostly for my office, for the occasional leaky pipe and such, and they're always fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they're willing to come out to the East Side.

I did need to call them for an issue I was having in my home once. Our kitchen sink wasn't draining, and the clog wasn't in the immediate plumbing under the sink (I had already checked). Turns out the clog was in the main that runs from the kitchen through the basement into the ground. The pipe itself was very old and rusted, and the plumber was able to remove the old pipe, install a new one, and re-cement it in to the basement floor - all that same night he was called out. I believe the charge to my landlord was only a couple hundred dollars, which seemed really low considering the amount of work that was involved and the speed with which is was completed :-)

New customer here. Came out on time, worked quickly on a snake job. Pricing was fair. Good work by the owners son and co worker. I would call them back in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Needed a plumber. They were here in under an hour. Have used them for years and they always deliver.

I have relied on Madison Plumbing & Heating, Inc. for many, many years-- when I had rental properties and for my own home. They are ALWAYS prompt, efficient and affordable.

They came out quickly to put valves on main water line. They had to come back three times that day because of leaks. When I called and spoke to Dale the manager about how many times they had to come out and could I get a credit toward my next visit. He told me that well we didnt charge you to come out those three timed.

I've used Madison Plumbing for over 15 years - VERY trustworthy, helpful. Good creative problem solvers. Most recently I've dealt with sump pump failures at the hands of a power outage. They arrived quickly to help pump water and dry basement. They recommended and installed a back up pump They've also installed an icemaker, fixed broken pipes - serviced gas boilers. Always trust them to do it right. Fair prices too. I always recommend them to others.

charged $130 for an annual backflow test on home sprinkler system that others charge $45-60, should have asked their price before contracting with them.

Excellent service! Came out for two rush jobs. Working on in laws old West Park home and they got it all up and running. Very kind to elderly people and refurbished the old furnishings rather than replace it all. They did an excellent job!

Rip off. RIP OFF. These guys came to my house. I asked what the hourly rate was, he told me $90. I asked what they thought was wrong. The guy told me I needed to rip up my floor. I said I'd like to get a second opinion. I got a bill for $120.00. Then I got a bill $240.00. I called and spoke to a lady and she said she would talk to the owner, maybe her husband.. I got a call from the lady a few months later and she was asking when I was going to pay the bill. They then took the bill to creditor's. They ripped me off and did nothing for me. Plus they lied about their rates. At minimum I would have paid them for coming out if that was agreed upon up front. It's pretty malicious thing to do in a credit is everything society. I'd like to know how they think they've earned $240.00. None the less I did not have to rip up my floor. I did have to punch a 5 inch hole in the dry wall though.

Madison Plumbing & Heating are great. Whether it's a leaking pipe or a plugged sink, they always get the job done and are pretty quick about it. Their prices are pretty reasonable. They'll always be the first plumbing service I call.
