Always on time and very efficient. Leave everything clean. They are my only plumber since about 1996.
They were very knowledgeable, they offered to find different option and solutions. When they were able to locate parts, they got back very quickly. They put me on service schedule immediately, and they were able to have a service tech come out the same afternoon. When he arrived, he took care of situation quickly and efficiently. Always a great place to check for random plumbing items. Everytime I need a special fitting they are helpful and friendly.

Under contract since March and still no bathroom! We were told start May, June install. It's July and still no contact or start of a bathroom!
I could have been collecting interest on my 6000.00 If you can't deliver, than I want my down payment back, PLEASE!!! SO NOT HAPPY

Love this store, they have everything you need for your plumbing needs. I needed some parts for very old style plumbing facets, no one had it but Litt’s came to the rescue.

Great place to find sage advice and quality parts.
Very helpful. I came in ready to buy whole new parts, and they spent time looking at my problem and then recommend trying a very simple fix that ended up costing $1.08. Their time was worth more than that.
I haven't done the fix yet to know if it will solve the leak, though I think it will, and they weren't 100% sure either since they could only see the part I brought not the full unit, but either way their honesty and genuine helpfulness will have me back, when I have plumbing needs.
I'm not in Litt's often, gratefully since that indicates I need to solve a water problem, but when I have, have always had this same quality service.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Months and months of waiting for a bathtub to shower renovation turned into pipes leaking and needing the job done asap. Once we told Litts we would be doing business elsewhere if they couldn’t do the job they promised it was “oh we can be there on Monday!”
Seemed like no communication between Jerry, demo, plumbers, or anyone else. One guy would come out and do one thing for 4 hours and leave for the day. Wasting over half of a day of work. This project took about a month and was never completed. Outlet covers were never given to us, multiple bathroom tiles were BROKEN. When Jerry came to see how the work was going he brought up the tiles being “loose” I said they weren’t broken or chipped at all before your guys came into my house. His response was we can get some tile out here and fix that up for ya.. yeah I’m sure for another $2,000.. also charged $1000 for a “specialist” to locate a manifold that our house does not have. I was told multiple times the house didn’t have one, but the guys still tried to find it for 2 days.
I was hopeful this would turn around but it never did. After 12+ random men freely walking in and out of my house the shower doors finally being put in after WEEKS of having to go to family’s houses to shower daily.. water leaks all over the floor… such a waste of time, energy, and so much money. 10/10 do NOT recommend..

Would never use Litts. Zero stars. They pulled the old bait and switch on me. $1800 went up to $2800 in a 2 week period. I had to call them back after the first quote. That was because no one ever called me back after the receptionist said they would. That's when it went up a thousand. They were over the phone measurements. I know if they actually came out to measure they would have charged me even more. It was for a very small area; countertop replacement only. Very unprofessional, buyer beware.
I was in the market for a bathroom remodel and had three companies come out for an estimate. While all the estimates were in the same ballpark, it was Jerry's thoroughness of looking at what would be needed for the project that gave Litt's the edge. Every one of the workers that came to the house was thoughtful by putting drop-cloths down for the areas they would be walking through. They were very pleasant and friendly throughout the remodel; and arrived when we were told they would. The work was done timely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Litt's.

Could not have asked for a better experience with a kitchen remodel. From the first step to the last, customer service was excellent. All of the guys did great work and were extremely polite and friendly with me, my son, and my (very hyper) dog. Awesome work, great quality!! Highly recommend!

Jerry, Cheryl, Susan, JD, Brea, plumbers & installers, THANK YOU! 2 new vanities, countertops, faucets both bathrooms and kitchen, comfort height toilets and a laundry tub down basement were installed in the last several months. If you are looking for a Professional group of Team Members, Knowledgeable and Courteous call Litt’s Plumbing. You will be very pleased.
Not sure what's up with these folks? Had contacted them 4 times. They cater to retired folks who have lots of cash on hand and really don't have any sense of style. No financing available, cash only!!!! I sometimes wonder what their work performance if for folks who have no creative style. They prefer tub surrounds because it us easier. Will not be using them

We are extremely pleased with our powder room remodel by Litts in April 2016. The selection and quality of the cabinets hardware fixtures and wide range of services available from Litts was outstanding. Although it seemed to us to be a simple project the professionals at Litts planned for every contingency from the initial measure to the multiple trips made by the plumber and cabinet carpenter to ensure that the right work happened still the right time. This resulted in the project being completed on time and beautifully done. Their carpenter was a perfectionist and the installation was perfect. We were so pleased that we already consulted Litts designers about a bigger main bath total remodel and are looking forward to working with them soon. forward to working with them again
Absolutely would recommend. All employees were professional and meticulous from demo, carpenters, tile layers, flooring, plumbing and designing. If you are looking for an established company that will get your project done right, Litt’s is your answer. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished job! Beautiful.
Quick and friendly service, worth the extra dollar not to go to Home Depot.

This is mine and my family's go to plumbing shop. We call and visit them first before going to the big box stores. Knowledgable, helpful, and always super nice! Price and value win!

I am a caregiver/friend of a 91 yr. old man who could not use a tub shower. We called Litt’s and they walked us through all the things we would need to install a new shower that was beautiful and SAFE. As luck would have it we were scheduled during a big snow storm and thought we would be postponed. Not a chance. They showed up ready to work like there wasn’t a foot of snow on the ground. It was also important that the people in my friends home made him feel safe and comfortable. I think he is going to miss seeing the guys because they were so kind. Litt’s sold us a good product, did an amazing installation and everyone was totally professional and kind. What more could a customer want!!!! Bravo Litt’s on a job well done.

Jerry came out to measure our bathroom for remodel and then sat with us to go over what we want. Great service. All employees we have encountered have been excellent.
Called in February about a remodel job for my home and spoke with Susan. I emailed her my information and ideas for the job but never heard back. I called a few days later to follow up left my name and number again with who ever answered the phone because Susan was not in. Never received a call back.
Retail prices on toilets. They have toilet flanges that you can't get at Home Depot and Lowes.
