Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

We have been using Schneller for the past few years for annual HVAC Inspections and service if needed. Yesterday, we had them install a new AC unit. The gentlemen that performed the work were very professional and completed the work on time. When completed, they explained everything they had done and answered all of my questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Schneller again for our HVAC or Plumbing needs.

This is the third time we've used 1-Tom. We've had 3 different technicians come out for different problems (sewage backups and clogged sink). Today we had Cullen and he was extremely professional (despite my house being a mess) and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently so I could have my kitchen sink back for Thanksgiving. The technicians have always been on time or early, and call ahead to let us know when they're on the way. Each one has been super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Each one has also recommended ways for us to prevent clogs and backups in the future. Highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Was there when I needed them there tech's were very respectful and curtious got the needed work done fast and talked to me about what they were going to what they had done helped me understand what my part was in this and yes it's your plumbing you need to no what to do to keep it working correctly you will not have to see these guys alot if you do your part

The call to Neyer very professional , friendly. Willing to give me the cost to come out minus most of it , If we were to use them .
We also need a quote for shower to be put in . The company was willing to set up appt then . I will call back to set a date , due to alot of appts this week .
Another company , 2 letter name , before I called Neyer , showed lived in indiana with a global symbol . To many reviews by the thousand . Was suppose to come out . Did not ask our address . I called back to find out cost of coming out , he never returned call to myself or husband. Some reviews higher estimate cost . When you have a 4.5 out of thousands of review , worth looking r/t for ever 3rd 5 will show others . Some where really 5 marked 4 . Some where 4 or less . Worth to read reviews .

My technician was on time, professional and completed the job quickly to my satisfaction.

Our furnace died at 6pm on Saturday night. I called 5 HVAC companies and they were the only ones that even attempted to come out. Others were “all booked up for emergency services” or required me to be in their “maintenance club” or something in order to come.Quality Comfort sent Josh out and he was great. Super friendly and worked quickly to fix our furnace. He also did not try to oversell me on a maintenance plan. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!
