Plumber was fixing our shower and laid a tool on our counter. This caused a scratch on the counter. When talking to ATP, they said the plumber didn’t do it and that they were not going to fix it.

I tried to save money by using a handyman and I ended up using Anderson Hills plumbing to fix the job the Handyman did. They were the best.

I am an Anderson resident and Realtor for 15+ years. I had recently hired Anderson Hills for a winterization for a local client. When the company turned the water back on 13 days after, they mysteriously found some water leaks. The plumber attempted to fix these leaks, charged for the fix, took more than 3 hours to do this and admitted before leaving that he wasn't sure he fixed it and may have broken a part and left. The next day, when the shower was used, water went everywhere, confirming that the plumber broke the fixture as he thought he did. We called AHP and they told us it would be another $500 to fix what the plumber broke. They blamed the hard water on why the fixture broke and would not take responsibility for a broken fixture that was not broken prior to their being in the house.
I will not be recommending this company any longer and I feel that they should have corrected the issue they caused after several calls with the ownership, they would not take any responsibility.

I live right around the corner from AHP and have used them for clogged drains a few times, but now I needed them for a big boy job. I noticed my water heater was driping so I called on a Wednesday to get a ballpark estimate on what it would cost to replace. I had no idea, I just wanted to know if I was looking at a bill that would be hundreds or thousands. The person I spoke to instructed me to email with my request and send pictures. I took several pictures of the heater, the flue, and the info on the heater with the make and model and size of the tank. I received a response email telling me to call in for an estimate. Friday comes and the heater completely fails, water was flooding the basement. I called and was told to turn the water off. We then scheduled to have someone over first thing Monday to fix it, the time frame was between 8-11. Went the weekend without the water. Monday at 12:00 I called because the guy never showed. Was told I was scheduled for 4:00pm! They finally did send someone out and he just looked and said they would send an email the next day with an estimate. I had enough. I called Holtmeier plumbing and someone was out within the hour. He looked at it and gave me an estimate and within 2 hours that day I had a new water heater installed. Holtmeier charged $2100, I never did receive that email estimate from Anderson Hills Plumbing.

Update: Finally heard back and was quoted $3400. They told me that they would need to drill into the foundation and completely redo the chimney and exhaust flue, because my 40gal water heater was oversized.

We had issues keeping the water running. Ralph went above and beyond researching the pumps and expansion tank that keep the water running at our home. While several companies walked away from the challenge Ralph stepped up to it. Thanks Anderson Hills Plumbing.

They told me they charge $168/hr and that the charges start once they call to let me know a plumber is en route. That seems fairly outrageous to me.

Unfortunately I had to call Anderson Hills Plumbing because they are the experts! Repairing and installing new faucet and water lines myself on a 35 yr old house and the hot/cold line off/on valves under bathroom sink deteriorated and I broke them! AHP to the rescue ! Same day service, professional, experienced and very efficient! Ryan and Zac were awesome and I highly recommend this company for all your needs related to plumbing! Anderson Hills Plumbing has done every plumbing job in our 1927 home since we moved in 32 years ago. They replaced all of our galvanized pipes with copper, installed sinks and toilets, periodically grind out huge tree roots that get into the plumbing pipes underground, fixed leaks, etc. They are the nicest guys and they always get the job done. They have always worked us in as quickly as possible. I don't really know how their prices compare with other plumbing services because we've never used anyone else, but I consider them a value because I know that they always get the job done right the first time.

These guys just left my house. (I’m awful at names) but they were super nice, fair priced, and did a great job explaining the issues and they fixed everything. I’ll recommend them to anyone and will definitely bring my business back if necessary in the future!

Water heater started to leak. They were here the next morning with a quality water heater, installed it as well as a pressure regulator by noon. Service was very professional and friendly. Prices were the going rate. Will use them again when the need arises. Thank you for the prompt service as we were not looking forward to taking cold showers.

Always professional, timely & does the job right on the first trip. We've called them in a pinch many occasions and they've always delivered!

We have been using AHP for years and they always do good work, however today after he cleaned up I had to spend another 45 minutes cleaning up after him. Had to clean the toilet after he dumped the black sludge from the pipe into the toilet. Used 10 Clorox wipes to finally get all the black film off the tile floor, and had to clean a quarter size spot of black from the carpet, vacuum, and mop the kitchen floor. Who's paying me for my time, on my only day off?

Called today to ask for assistance on a plumbing issue and the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. A friend referred me to this company and told me they had great customer service and plumbing work. Due to my experience today, I will take my dollars to another company who provides great service.

Anderson Plumbing always provides excellent service for our plumbing needs. Ours include 3.5 baths. The AHP team is getting ready to help us with maintenance updates to the yard's irrigation system and the remodeling and installation of new fixtures for another half bath for our basement family room/office. Recent updates to an old shower head and toilets have made them like new! You won't find a more dependable team to support your plumbing needs.

Friendly, fast to respond, and knowledgeable! I love that they always send two plumbers so the job can be accomplished quickly. Prices are very fair. We live in an old house, so they've been to our house many times. Highly recommend!

Anderson Hills Plumbing came to our house immediately after we called and helped us out of a jam. Home Depot was to install a new dishwasher but their contractors refused to touch a water line, saying they were not plumbers. We called Anderson Hills Plumbing who came out within 5 minutes of the call. Alas, Home Depot refused to wait so we hired Anderson Hills Plumbing to check the water line, which was actually fine, and then install the dishwasher for us. Amazing service and rapid response. Team was also very professional and courteous. Home Depot, not so much on all fronts.

I would not recommend Anderson Hills Plumbing. Nice people but there are not thorough. They used a toilet auger to try and fix a sewer line clog. So our clog was only temporarily fix. Second they charge my wife and I and extra 30 minutes for travel time.Which was never stated clearly in the phone. So after paying a good amount of money we are back to square one with our sewer line clogged.

Did really good work for removing my old triple concrete sink that leaked a lot. Very clean and kind to me, my family and very respectfully of my home. I will have them out for my next plumbing project very soon!

These people are awesome. I had a old and damaged shower faucet and cartridge I could find parts for anywhere else. The gentlemen in the store all came together and helped find all the parts I needed to repair my shower. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing repairs or parts needed.
