I reached out to multiple plumbers for a sewer line issue in my yard. Bill came exactly when he said he would and was thorough, professional, personal, and friendly. The quote he provided was comparable to the other quotes I received, but I chose Queen City Plumbing because they seemed more trustworthy. The work was scheduled and completed within a week by Paul and Donald. They were patient with my questions, took pictures to show what was done, and took care to cover the disturbed areas of my lawn once the work was completed. Bill even came back out when I had remaining questions to inspect the work and show an area that the city needs to fix. I recommend QCP!

Mike was very helpful, the water issue turned out to be water intrusion from outside, and Mike still gave me his time and insight while on site. It was a very good experience and I plan on contacting WyattWorks with my next plumbing issue.

John Bird # 63 did a great job with fixing my leaky toilet over the Memorial day weekend. He came out within an hour of my call, was polite, and cleaned up the mess in the bathroom, he even asked if he could use my vacuum! Tony did our natural gasLeak. He not only found the leaks but change piping, valves to code that took all his day. He left our home about 9 PM! He wouldn't stop until all the work was done, done right. Being a handyman myself, I would steal him to work for my company if I wasn't retired. He's a teacher at his company and it shows. Everything was installed better then new. I'm not sure about the other techs but this one will make a great name for the company. He was also respectful of our property and home. Good guy! I was very happy with Michael & Sons service from beginning to end. Steven, the electrician, arrived early and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with his work. I had 3 pendant lights installed and decided to purchase a whole house surge protector. Steven had one on his truck and had it installed in no time. I would highly recommend Michael & Sons!

Responded quickly, relative to other contractors; I called them in the morning and they had shown up, diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the drain line, and had a sustainable solution proposal within a few hours. The techs on site were courteous, careful (wore shoe covers inside), listened intently, and competent.

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. Ethan was an amazing and knowledgeable person! He came in with a great personality ready to tackle the issue at hand. He walked me through what was causing the issues for my furnace as well as how he resolved it. He was able to get my furnace fixed the same day I scheduled an appointment due to the company having the necessary parts on hand! I cannot recommend these guys enough!
