Best Tankless Water Heater Install in Charlotte NC

They came out to my house after hours to look at my septic tank. After looking they had things dug up and cleaned out. Did a neat and beautiful job of cleaning up the yard. I honestly would recommend them. I learned quality dosen't it pays !!!

They installed a new water main into our house. They were very timely, courteous, and did great work.

I needed a plumber for two completely unrelated things that came up within a week of each other. Each time I called Charlotte Plumbing they got back to me quickly and had someone out within an hour of our conversation. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The plumber cleaned up after himself without my asking. Each person explained what he was doing and why. The price was very fair for the work that was done. Everyone associated with the company is a true professional. I will not be calling anyone else in the future. It's a relief knowing just who to go to for something no one in our house can even attempt to fix on our own.

Rapid rooter came out quickly to deal with what appeared to be a sewer line backup. The rep found it and said it was close enough to the street for the city to handle saving me some serious cash. He even called them out for me. They were there before he left the neighborhood and he came back to make sure I was taken care of. Incredible customer service and honesty that is not easy to find these days. Highly recommend.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. I've used ER Services several times. They are always prompt, professional, and do good quality work. They diagnosed a problem with my hot water heater and explained my options. As always, I just wish they weren't so expensive.

He was amazing! They responded quickly and were very professional and polite. It was an older house but they were able to install the new water heater and pressure control valve and our house was functional again. When the new heater arrived with a broken part he went back to the office and came back in the evening (it was Friday) to make sure we had hot water again. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of the work done and the ability to fund the repairs cannot be overstated. I really recommend them! 10 out of 5 stars!
