Best Tankless Water Heater in Charlotte NC

I LOVE working with these guys. They're super-professional, efficient and respectful of my time, and they keep the business in the family, which I love. And LOCAL. Love that, too. They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove. Vinton installed a tankless water heater and water filtration system in our 90 year old house, and he handled the install with great care and professionalism. Don’t look any further than Charlotte Plumbing! I’ve been in Charlotte a few years now and have dealt with a number of service professionals with my home. I recently had a problem with my upstairs bathroom and called a few plumbers. I saw an individual that completely ripped me off, and didn’t do anything real to fix the solution.

I called Charlotte Plumbing and spoke directly to the owner Damion. He was pleasant, conversational and cared about my issue. He sent out Tyler the next day at the time they promised. Tyler was quick, efficient and thorough. He gave me a real solution that fixed the problem. Between Tyler and Damion alone, it makes going to Charlotte plumbing worth it. I had several problems with my old toilets. My house was built in 1960, so you can imagine the problems. The technicians that came were very professional . Replaced both toilets quickly , placed covering on floors where needed , cleaned up, explained everything, they also were here at the time scheduled. I couldn't have ask for an easier day.

Frankie and Ernest arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to determine that I had a leak in my septic pressure line. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. Should I have any septic problems in the future, I will definitely call AAA City Plumbing.

We bought a house, and it had some piping issues. We called and Chris Jones came out the very next day. He completely fixed all of our issues and was the best that anyone could have asked for. Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

They came on time and gave me an estimate that was not only less expensive than 2 other companies, it would be done in a shorter time! When it came time to do the work, they were fast and did an excellent job. Only had to cut a small hole in the ceiling, and worked together to keep the mess contained.
