I had my water heater replaced by Chad with Benjamin Franklin. Chad was very professional, provided quality work and very punctual. Chad provided me options and cost of the service after looking at my existing water heater. Work was done same day. Will recommend friends and family due to their work quality.

I reached out to this company after hours to schedule service, and received a text the next morning saying that my appointment was scheduled for the previous business day. When I called their service line, they stated that the appointment was in fact this morning between 9-11. I then received another call a little after 11 stating that there were no appointments available for at least a week. This company’s customer service and internal communication is extremely lacking, and we’ll never attempt to use them again.

I would highly recommend this company. We hired Option one plumbing to install a whole home water filter.
Daniel, our tech was on time and very professional. He went through all the work with us a head of time to make sure everything was accurate. Once completed, Daniel reviewed all the features of the unit and stayed an extra 40 minutes to allow the unit to run to…ensuring that there was no issues.

TJ Kiker called in advance and was on time. The disposal was replaced quickly and TJ ran 2 sinksful of water to make sure the repair would not leak and the item was repaired properly. At check time we received a discount from the former repair quote. It was a very positive experience and comforting to see a repairman you knew in the past return later in our condo's life, to perform another repair. KRoth

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Rand was the technician that came out to install a hot water heater I purchased from lowes. He explained EVERY step of what need to be done from removal of original unit, bring everything up to current code (house was built in 2002 & copper pipes), & install of new unit & how the price(s) of copper has gone up. VERY VERY professional work & VERY VERY pleased. Looks better than the original work that was done. Rand is VERY VERY professional & polite. My daughter LOVED him & is is 1 TOUGH cookie at 6. I was very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of my Electrician Anthony V. Not only did he hang my fan (15ft to the ceiling) but added a secondary stabilizing support and installed new switches in my electric box. He then took the time to thoroughly clean up after himself and spent some time going over the repairs and safety precautions needed to ensure proper usage of the fans features for years of continued use. Best money I've spent in sometime. Thanks !!!

Hi called them because Duke Power said they were a good contractor...needed a electrical contractor,,,the guys we're very nice and punctual.......$157.00 for a service call BE AWARE ...EVERY TIME THEY SCREW UP..you will be charged and come back....service tech. said (Roger) don't test this for 3 days ?????? Problem never fixed ....all Sup are out of the office.....They never called me back for CUSTOMER RECOVERY....which means ......we screw up and want to make it a better experience....
