Best Plumbing Commercial in Charlotte NC

As a General Manager, I rely on Queen City when I have a plumbing issue. Lord knows, I don't know anything about pipes and plumbing. Fernando has been to the property a couple of times, but today he really showed me what Queen City Plumbing can do! Fernando was fast and explained to me everything he was doing before he had to turn water off. I asked him toilet issue questions I had that didn't have anything to do with why he came today and he answered them and even looked into it for me. He is a great worker and I always love when they send him because I know the job is going to get done and at a reasonable time.

It took Anthony 5 minutes and I paid over $400.00 for only 1 valve, the quote for 4 valves was over $1,200 and $100.00 per water hose, we have to sinks and each valve and hose is for cold water and hot water per faucet. It’s a joke! I got the other 3 done for $150.00 and this included the hoses connected. By the way I don’t think I got the 20% off.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

This was a pleasant ending to a nightmare of a day! Jordan appeared on the scene, identified our problem and solved it in very short time. This was AFTER we had another plumber from a well known NATIONWIDE company work on our issue and DID NOTHING to help us get one working bathroom (out of 3) and charged us more than DOUBLE what Jordan and Charlotte Pluming Masters charged to do the same thing, this time with success! Jordon resolved the issue and stuck around to insure our satisfaction. Great Job! Glad to know there are Honest, Local companies with good employees in the plumbing business here in Charlotte.

Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. Hopefully no more plumbing issues for me but I know I can always count on these guys to help out.
