We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

Reggie is the best. He was on time and solved my problem real fast and was very friendly.

John and Caleb were on time and quickly unclogged my drain. John inspected the pipes under my house and found an issue- gave me a quote on that repair that I found to be fair. Correcting my previous review. They have fixed our issue and been very responsive and professional in handling it.

I own a water restoration company and when we have customers that need a drain or lateral cleared, Chris and his team at Zoom Drain are our go-to recommendation. In this particular case, a property I own had a clog and I called on Chris to evaluate and correct. They did a great job clearing the drain but also alleviated my fears that roots or other issues were impacting the lateral line to the street. Thanks Chris, you guys are the best!

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.

this guy is a giant jerk, he has no respect for others property to make his sale. absolutely disgusting man. I'd get someone who was worth the money your gonna pay to fix something instead of a guy who breaks others things.

Most reasonable price in town with no hidden fluff. Travis and his team did an awesome job. I never had to be there for anything. I came home and my wife simply said, well, it's done! There are businesses that go through the motions, and then there are businesses where you can tell that the people have a servant's heart.
