Best Emergency Plumbing Service in Charlotte NC

Writing this for my neighbor that got totally ripped off by this company. Jeff charged $639 to replace a $25 hot water tank supply line. That is over $600 labor for a 30 minute job. Then quoted $3000 to replace it because it was 12 years old. That equals $2500 labor to install a $500 electric hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

You get what you pay for and they are exceptional to work with

Work was done correctly but nowhere close to worthy of the price paid. 24-7 only means they answer the phone and all hours not that they will be there on a Saturday night. Got an appointment for Sunday morning, and told the tech who called the part number that I needed. He said he understood but when he arrived he said he did not have that part and would have to return to his warehouse. He came back and replaced the shower cartridge in 10 minutes. He gave me a bill for over 10 times the cost of the cartridge that I could have replaced myself.

Brian and team were punctual and professional. Super easy to talk to and deal with. Would recommend to anyone. Customer service was top notch, as well!

Guitar (the head technician) and Charlotte Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We had a pretty urgent leak coming from a bad disposal on Sunday, and he was here first thing Monday. We've used them several times, and Guitar has been a fantastic serviceman each time he's here. Their prices are affordable, he's always friendly, professional, informative, helpful and clear when it comes to our options. We need a new faucet installed so we'll be calling again. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing for everything plumbing related, from emergencies to cosmetic upgrades.

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

Tony Williams showed up on time and was responsive and able to diagnose our issue to save us from a costly repair. He communicated everything he was doing and was able to clear the blockage.

IRV tech didn't diagnose HVAC but emphasized the urgent need to sell me a new system. My son & I checked the unit and found clogged drain line, in which we mixed vinegar with Baking soda to desolve the hard calcium build up and cleared the clogged stuff and fixed the entire problem. Free!!

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Had a great experience with Brett. He was responsive and showed up exactly when he said he would. He clearly explained the process and the repair diagnosis. He was tidy, prompt and prices were fair. Most important he was friendly and considerate- great dude! Awesome service!

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

GREAT SERVICE! Jeff H. (Tech 1080) was excellent, he was very verbal and communicated well with us & let me know exactly what the problem was after he listened to me explain.
