Plumbing technician Vinton Moore is the man! It could have done an expensive repair that involved new equipment but he gave us a much cheaper alternative that suited our budget.

Justin was very knowledgeable and professional during this expedient repair. He provided upfront cost before performing the work, followed by an on the spot repair. I recommend giving AAA plumbing a call for all your plumbing needs.

Mitch showed up on-time and was very professional and personable. He provided various options to service/clean my drain, which had a slow leak. resolved the issue in a timely manner, and left things as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I feel I received great service and would use Osborne again for my future plumbing needs.

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!

Mr Shane did an awesome job. This has been the quickest install from calling the 800 number to getting dispatched to arrival and troubleshooting. All took no more than 4 hours. I waited for another company Proven Profesional Construction to come out they did but was taking them 1 week and a half to do the install. I will truly recommend Progressive for the 5 star service they gave me. I will always use you.

Most reasonable price in town with no hidden fluff. Travis and his team did an awesome job. I never had to be there for anything. I came home and my wife simply said, well, it's done! While trying to determine why it took three visits by his staff to plumb a kitchen island the owner became irate and hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with Daniel B. Hefner Plumbing. They left my kitchen island in a configuration that could have caused severe water damage. Mr. Hefner's position is blame the homeowner, instead of investigating his staffs work. WOW!
