The Representatives for the company came to the house a flushed our tankless hot water heater. They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber who charges a reasonable price.

Had a broken shower faucet leaving my water running constantly until it got fixed so I had to turn the water off to my home. Brett and Ian were out to my home faster than any service I’ve had in the past and got right to work. They had my shower fixed and explained each issue and what I can do to fix it in the future. Garrett (and his partner) for ER Plumbing were excellent. Replaced water heaters and a basement grinder lift pump. Repaired several little problems as well. They did their work with skill and pride. Answered my questions and made some really helpful suggestions. Extremely professional. Definitely the kind of team members any employer would go a long way to retain these days. Can’t say enough about the work Garrett did and this experience with ER. I’ll be calling them in the future.

Worst service ever. I called on Tuesday to schedule service on a Friday morning. Called back to confirm on Thursday. Pay Less finally showed up at 5:30 PM Friday after several calls. Spent two and a half hours and only replaced a bad toilet wax ring. Now the toilet won't fully flush. They were supposed to fix a leaky hose faucet as well. Not only was the faucet not fixed it was damaged so badly that I can no longer attach a hose. I was charged $200 - for nothing.

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. Found them on Angie's List and they were here within a couple of hours on a Saturday. They fixed an emergency leak quickly and professionally and the price was great. So happy to have found a plumber!

AJ was great, he educated me on drainage maintenance. Ran the cabling through the pipes and cleaned out the trap elbow as well. No mess was left behind and was very courteous while he was in my home.

FYI - if you need an electrician I strongly suggest NOT calling Roby Electrical. I scheduled an appointment for the 2-story family room ceiling fan to be repaired. The lights all blink, so likely not just a lightbulb replacement. Clearly told the Roby operator that the room is 2- stories. Electrician showed up yesterday to basically assess the situation. He walked into the house with zero tools, flipped the lightswitch and nearly immediately recommended replacing the ceiling fan. He suggested three steps:
(1) today's meet and greet for $100
(2) a proposal for 2 guys to come with a tall ladder and determine what they think the problem might be for another $650 and
(3) a third visit of 2 guys to repair the issue (or replace the fan) for an untold amount.
