I've used Julian's Plumbing on several occasions and they've always been spot on! I've dealt with Jason and he's not only courteous and professional, but he's super knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems and solutions in full. These guys are A+ and I highly recommend them!!!

Amazing emergency service, especially on a holiday! Our phone call was not answered at first, but Caleb quickly called us back and got us on the schedule that day. Michael arrived on schedule, identified the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely call Queen City Plumbing the next time we need plumbing work done!

Mr Rooter fixed my fireplace gas logs. Dustin texted me on his way, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, clean (he wore booties) and most importantly did the job he came to do and asked if I needed him to look at anything else. The service was a little more expensive than I expected but I’m happy to pay more for good service I can trust.

Have a broken grinder pump. Was able to schedule online for an appointment, waited several hours and missed the window. Was told someone reached out, which is patently untrue. Wasted an entire day for an emergent situation, thanks to their unprofessionalism. Do not recommend.

2: Got an excessive quote for the work that I couldn't validate with expected estimates online so called other plumbers who confirmed the quote was excessively high. Called the office to complain, GM called back very quickly admitted it was an error in pricing. I had to push to get my service fee refunded.

Maybe this was truly a mistake, maybe they were trying to take advantage, but really there is no way to know what they would have done had I accepted their original quote.

TJ was quick to return phone calls and solve problem drain problem. I would use Rapid-Rooter Plumbing again.

This company does a great job. Have used them several times for years. Always quick, responsive, & easy to work with. Great service.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

CPM is a joy to work with. They are professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. If I have a Plumbing issue in the future, they will be the first company that I contact.
