Best Toilet Repairs in Charlotte NC

Writing this for my neighbor that got totally ripped off by this company. Jeff charged $639 to replace a $25 hot water tank supply line. That is over $600 labor for a 30 minute job. Then quoted $3000 to replace it because it was 12 years old. That equals $2500 labor to install a $500 electric hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We ordered an entire makeover of the plumbing and HVAC on a house we bought recently in South End. It was a fixer-upper. The crew was so helpful and pleasant to work with which is extremely helpful when they are working an entire week with us. It was a big job and I highly recommend these guys. They are great!

I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. If need arises, I will use BF plumbing again. Very, very, very pleased. Adam and team were phenominal.

Mike and Seth were INCREDIBLE the past two days!! From honest, upfront prices and options to their nonstop hard work, these guys were the best! I had a pretty serious sewage problem and they worked without a single complaint. The customer service proved they truly cared about MY home and our problem. They worked well past 5:00 and didn't charge by the hour, as I previously mentioned, the pricing was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no excessive charges etc. They did a very thorough job explaining the issues and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. The company was amazing overall. I called Wednesday afternoon and the scheduler had a technician coming out first thing Thursday morning. They finished this evening and even after covering their shoes, laying down sheets etc, Mike swept as he left. Last thing, before Mike left, I talked to him about working for WyattWorks, as I find it is important to see how employee's are treated. Mike had only positive things to say about working for this company and I can now truly say, WyattWorks seems to be best all around!

Josh was very professional and helpful. Gave us a fair price range and provided quick service. Will call him if we need anything else!

Services rendered in November 2021. I was told by manager Brittany that I would receive assistance with an itemized bill to send to my insurance company. Even after numerous calls, the bill was still not itemized the way the insurance company requires. They stop responding to calls for help. I got screwed big time by this company.

Technicians get a 5 star for their work. The low rating is for the customer service. This company left me with an astronomical bill to pay when I have insurance that will cover a potion of the bill. Only thing that was required was an itemized bill for which they insist the can not give. This is totally crazy. They don’t care about helping you once they have received their money. They left me high and dry. I would not recommend this company. This is a revised rating.

John B was great, he was prompt (even on a Sunday evening!), very thorough, friendly, explained the issues/ problems well, fixed everything and then some! I would definitely recommend John B and Rapid-Rooter Plumbing Service again.

Brett is great. Having a flooring company myself, I know it's hard to get good contractors. With Brett I never have a problem getting him to a job, and I know that the job will be done correct. All hours plumbing has done multiple jobs for us and we continue to have good reviews from our customers on Brett and his guy!! 5 start company.

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

Diyan did exceptional work! Came out initially to do backflow testing. As we talked I brought up other issues I was having. He found the problem for one and was able to do a fix for the other. Very satisfied!

Tony did a great job and was enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend!

Malik was very professional. He did a wonderful job installing our new water heater by himself. The office staff was very helpful and very professional.

The experience with Ritchie Plumbing was the better than ever expected. Johnnie was very professional and dedicated to doing the job right. The end result was a professional well finished job. His crew he brought with him was all great and very polite. Not to mention everyone there has served in our military and that is a pleasure in its self.

Their service is so good and reasonably priced .. very pleasant experience. Lee knew his job and well and very efficiently fixed the problem.. absolutely recommend them !

First thing Mr Reggie was on time he found out the problem in a timely manner. Reggie explained what needs to be done and was helpful with the questions I ask. Very professional guy thanks for your help Reggie hopefully u can return to fix our problem. Also Reggie was very respectful to my home I told him he didn’t have to put on those shoe covers but he insisted to wear them very professional company.

Pathmaker Plumbing was great, we called around 9pm on a Sunday night that we had a 100% blockage in our sewer drain system. We received a call less than an hour later that they could make it to our house the next day on Monday. Ben was very communicative in when he would be arriving and assured us he could make it before the end of the day Monday. Ben was great in talking to us about everything he was doing and what it was going to take to remedy the problem. He did everything he could do to also ensure there were no other issues down stream from the clog. We are very grateful for Pathmarkers ability to respond so quickly and personable personnel. Turns out the plumber before we bought our house left the seal plug in used for permitting the system and that’s what caused our blockage.
