John Bird came out and helped with our after-hours emergency service. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was fixed and working well before he left. Cory installed the new toilet and 3 faucets, contracted by Lowe’s. He was extremely professional and did a great job.

A gas leak was detected by Piedmont Natural Gas Co. IRV Plumbing, Electric & HVAC, Inc. were contracted to fix the leak. After a bit of a slow start, IRV was exceptional in prepping, fixing the leak, digging the trench, laying the pipe, reconnecting the gas line and covering the gas line. The last thing I think planned is to throw grass seed and cover with straw to finish up. I really would like to thank all who worked on this repair, and a special shout-out and thank you to Melissa for following through on all that she said she would. It really the repair that much easier for me.

Ritchie came out to my home to fix a leaking water main line.. He did an excellent job.. Explained all the work that he done and his price was $500 cheaper than other plumbers. Ill definitely use him again! He showed up on time as well!
