I called for a non emergency service around 5pm on Monday and my service was complete by mid afternoon Tuesday. Richard was great and very up front and honest about the entire project. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why, plus he was extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions. Of course he cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly so it was fast, friendly, and quality work. I will certainly call again for any future services I need.

While the service man was polite, they caused a leak and flooding to my house during the repair of a toilette without a leak. The owner hired flood medics to dry out the house, repaint and redo my bathroom floor. Approx a year later, the work isn't completed and it has been months since the Owner of the plumbing company has called or the owner of flood medics has called to ensure that the work has been completed. I need to have my home appraised now and my vinyl floor was put down crooked and they ran out of product so the entire floor couldn't even be finished poorly in the interim.
I don't have disposable income to correct this error and trusted them to correct the flood caused by their careless plumber. I will post pictures. I waited nearly a year to voice a complaint or express frustration with the lack of follow through and customer service.
I wouldn't trust either company to do, even the smallest job.

After some negotiation(very responsive via text) I was scheduled for the next day a short 14 hours later. Damion had no trouble answering any questions around brands, pricing, etc. which was important to me. They came in well under the big players.

They showed up on time. Knocked out all requested work in short order, answered a few extra questions for me, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally pleasant and professional. Small companies can definitely be hit or miss, this one is a gem.

ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. Its not often you find a service provider that you would enthusiastically recommend but I found one in Brian and ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!!!

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first.
