Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

We had a clogged kitchen drain and was originally told by another company we would need an expensive additional service to clear the drain. We called Julian's Plumbing to see if they provided the service suggested by the first company that came out. Jason asked a few questions to better understand our situation and said they did provide the service I inquired about but he didn't believe we needed it. Jason was able to come to the property that day and was able to clear our drain within 10 minutes. He not only resolved the issue but saved us hundreds of dollars by not overselling services that were not required. We couldn't be more impressed with their service, professionalism, and most of all their integrity. Julian's Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company moving forward.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

Witnessed one of their drivers depositing their trash in our dumpster. Called the office and spoke to the owner, they sent the driver back out to pick up the trash. The owner stated that this practice was never allowed. The driver then deposited the trash in a our neighbors dumpster. Very unprofessional!

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

He came by and did some work in my house a month or so ago, and was fantastic. It was not too big of an emergency, but he was still there the next day at the exact time that he said he would be. He also called ahead to make sure everything was still on track. He was very helpful, checked a number of other potential issues in the house at no charge, and was very reasonably priced. I looked at a lot of places around Harrisburg that had only a few reviews before seeing his list of positive reviews here, and am very happy that I went with him. Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention.
