We needed to have our buried corrugated drains from our downspouts cleared and we contacted Rapid-Rooter because our regular plumber recommended them. I spoke with them several times on the phone to discuss our issue and I really felt like they cared about providing the right solution. TJ and John were our service technicians. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed how to address our slow/blocked drains. They completed the work within an hour and we now have free-flowing downspout drains!! Thank you to the entire Rapid-Rooter Team! We highly recommend them.

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!

Diyan did exceptional work! Came out initially to do backflow testing. As we talked I brought up other issues I was having. He found the problem for one and was able to do a fix for the other. Very satisfied!

Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

I Highly recommend John Stokes for any of your plumbing needs. He came out on a weekend to service an emergency main water line leak in 100 degree weather. We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

I can't recommend E.R. enough. They have worked two jobs at our house and both times they were exactly what I wanted out of a trade company. On time, capable, polite and friendly, and no hassles from start to finish. Great company will definitely call them next time we have a plumbing issue.

They came on time and gave me an estimate that was not only less expensive than 2 other companies, it would be done in a shorter time! When it came time to do the work, they were fast and did an excellent job. Only had to cut a small hole in the ceiling, and worked together to keep the mess contained.
