In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

First time homeowner, big rain and sump pump went out. This was very late on a Saturday night. Super worried about a flooded basement. William and Mr. Rooter came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked hard to fix it. We are a happy home with a dry basement thanks to Mr. Rooter. Plus, their warranty makes us feel great that our basement will stay dry for a while to come. Will recommend to friends and family!

They were willing to answer any questions we had and gave explanations that we could understand. They were on time and kept our property in great shape as they did our project. Our technician, John R, did an absolutely outstanding job of potential causes and solutions after an extremely thorough exam. He pointed out and explained out-of-date/not to current standards plumbing that could potentially cause problems. The house was built in 1972 with most of the original plumbing, this is to be expected. He did not try to sell us repairs in that facet, just offered some advice as to prioritizing repairs. John went above and beyond, he took time to answer all our questions never making us feel as if we were wanting his time. He's extremely personable, knowledgeable and has decades of experience. By the time he left, we knew we had finally found a trustworthy plumbing company with technicians you can't help but to trust. I will happily recommend this company to every home / business owner I know. Although no one wants plumbing issues, they happen. Charlotte Plumbing Masters are the ones who will correct them! A++++!

I called ER Plumbing due to a leak that was found when someone came out to work on my AC. Garrett came out and was extremely professional and courteous. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what lead to the leak and point out things I needed to consider going forward with the type of pipe I have. He was not pushy and did not try and have me do anything on the spot. I will use ER Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumbing company.

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

I have used Wonderful World of Plumbing in Charlotte for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the value of their service. Damion and Tyrell have helped us numerous times in our Dilworth Townhouse (repair garbage disposal, unclog drains, etc) We bought a house last year in Southpark and had the scariest plumbing issue this week. All four toilets were not flushing, and water was backed up in the shower and sinks. Damion and Tyrell were able to navigate us through the issue and I am so grateful!
