I called this afternoon and left a message about an issue with our garbage disposal. I received a call back within 10 minutes and was told someone could be there later this afternoon. I got a call when Chad, the plumber, was on his way. Chad arrived, took a look and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. It was fantastic! He was very nice and professional. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Absolutely hands down the only company I call for any plumbing question or concerns. They go above and beyond and are extremely knowledgeable. David Zeitlen and Matthew Smith are the best!

TJ Kiker called in advance and was on time. The disposal was replaced quickly and TJ ran 2 sinksful of water to make sure the repair would not leak and the item was repaired properly. At check time we received a discount from the former repair quote. Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! He was very patient and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again if the need arises. We highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing!!!!

My wife and I recently got new countertops and a newer, deeper, sink in our kitchen. We had to had some piping redone because of the sink depth difference, and the fact that the new sink had only one drain, not two.
The plumber that did the job, John, was excellent. He cut an excellent hole in the drywall to access the piping (this had to be done), and installed new piping, disposal, and pipe vent.
He even took a few minutes after he was finished to educate me on what he did, and why he did it. You could tell immediately that the job was done professionally, because he pointed out a number of things that he fixed that were existing issues we were unaware of, such as wiring that could have caught fire that was not properly insulated years before we even moved in.
I'm sure you can hire a fix it guy at a cheaper rate, but I can tell you that they will most likely be the source of the installation problems that were not up to code that we were unaware of. OR you can hire someone that not only installs proper piping and disposal wiring, but also takes time to fix existing issues that he spots along the way. I highly recommend this service as I have had two different employees come to do jobs in the past, and both of them knew exactly what they were talking about. When I would ask why something was the way that it was under the sink, they didn't have to think for an answer. It was automatic.

MKB does excellent work. Ned was on time and very knowledgeable. I interviewed 3 different plumbers to install a laundry sink. MKB was the right choice. I plan to use MKB moving forward.

The pressure release valve in our condo was faulty. The office personnel were friendly and efficient, and we were able to have technicians at our condo the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly.

They are amazing! They were on time and called ahead to make sure I had a good time. They assessed the problem and then explained it to me. They then gave me options to solve the problems I was having. After I made my decision, they got the job done very quickly. They were both very polite and respectful to me and my home. I will definitely call in the future if needed!
