Julian’s plumbing was great to work with. I needed a job completed fast and they showed up same day to quote and next day to complete the job. Plan to use them again to finish out my kitchen in a few weeks. Definitely give them a shot!

Had an leakage issue with broken pipe on water heater. Called Roto-Rooter intitially but was too expensive, charging me $260 to replace 6inch pipe. Charlotte plumbing fixed it for half the price and It was a great experience. He explained me the root cause and what he did to fix it.Excellent service.

Not pleased with their work. The plumber scratched my new hardwood floors and told his employer that they were already there and he didn’t do it. He lied. He moved and shoved my stove and did not use a professional mat. No one from their company has contacted me to rectify the damage. I would never recommend them to my friends.

Omg, The tech Georgie was so honest, helpful and most if all he was very friendly. This is the 3rd time using aaa city plumbing and i request Georgie everytime. He also was training lee who did an amazing job before durning and after.
My bathroom was cleaner after they left than before they came.

This is my second time calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for work at my home. Both times, the technicians arrived on-time. If they can get there earlier they will call you and let you know that they are on there way. They come in covid ready with masks and booties and get right to the problem. They spoke with my home warranty company, got the approval and did the job on the spot. The technicians were neat and clean with their work. I have since recommended them to a client of mine.

I can’t say enough great things about Best Rate Plumbing! Jeff was so helpful, prompt and honest. We had quite a list of plumbing needs (installation of tankless hot water heater, leaking kitchen sink, digging out/capping an old irrigation line, and installation of a new shower faucet).
