FANTASTIC work, very professional! Our kitchen sink leaked for the umpteenth time and we were tired of thinking that we'd fixed it, but had not. So we called in the professionals! Before they even came to the house, they asked us to text photos. They came within hours of our call - wow! When they arrived (masked and then I told them they could unmask once I left the room) they went RIGHT to work! They cleaned up the pipes under the sink and it all works magnificently now! The charge was for an amount that I earn in a week - happy to pay it, but dang, I'm in the wrong profession (teacher for 25 yrs)! We will absolutely call them again when we need a plumber.

Chris and his Helper Connor showed up on time. They wore booties and masks at all times and they informed me that masks were mandatory anytime you did a call or were out wearing a Charlotte Plumbing shirt even if you were in a public place.

I called them to pull and reset a leaking toilet. They walked me through every step of the way, showed me how to test if a seal is leaking, and even checked all the other toilets in the home to make sure they weren't leaking.

They were affordable and extremely helpful. Best of all you can tell that these guys have pride in their work.

Since we just moved to Indian Land, I can say I have found our new plumbers and will use them from here on out.

The Representatives for the company came to the house a flushed our tankless hot water heater. They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber who charges a reasonable price.

Tim showed up in record time. Within hours of my initial contact. Worked with me to get repairs done. Some of them done same day. Some required install and that was done on day we agreed and done well. Did a great job keeping my home clean during the process. Tom was very professional and seems to be extremely knowledgeable.

I purchased a dishwasher from HOME DEPOT. The HD installers could not do the job so they called AAA City Plumbing and Carrie sent someone right out to complete the install. After waiting 2 weeks for my DW, HD was going to make me wait another few days to send someone out. Carrie and AAA came to my rescue immediately and I was able to start washing the dirty dishes that had stacked up right away.
They have the quickest response time I have ever seen. I told Carrie they should change their name to FLASH PLUMBING, because you call and they come in a flash!

Today's service went well. I learned that if a plumber takes the base of the toilet a part, that he is suppose to replace all parts. That did not happen in the past, but Dennis done so today. The base of the toilet no longer moves either. This was good work.

THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT TO FIX A CLOG THAT ONLY COST ME $200 BUCKS TO FIX. THE PLUMBER TOLD ME HE HAD TO TEAR MY TOILETS OFF OF THE FLOOR WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE. I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 20 MIN. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS THEIR SERVICE FEE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY WOULDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET IT FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

I hired IRV to inspect and clean my gas fireplace based upon my parents recommendation. IRV exceeding my expectations. Tony arrived on time. He asked several questions prior to beginning work and informed me of any findings throughout the job. He rearranged the logs because they were stacked incorrectly. Replaced the rocks left by the previous owner with embers, and cleaned the system. It is nice (and rare) to find a business whose employees are genuine, provide service with integrity, and are professional. If you have any doubts on whether you should use them, trust me... give them a try!

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home. Had a challenge with my toilet and I called because of the amount of great google reviews. It was also closest to my house. They picked up right away and was able to schedule a technician to come to my house in the next two hours.
The tech came 1 hour later and I was highly appreciative. The solution was easy and they had the part (it was just a broken handle). It cost me less than $200 and I appreciated that they did exactly what I needed they did make future recommendations about what could need to be fixed in the future.

I will definitely keep them in mind when I need another plumber.

The company was a recommendation from friends. We contacted them around 7pm on Thursday night and got a spot for repair on Friday morning. Zach came out to unclog our washing machine drain pipe in the house. When he left we noticed the issue was not fixed and called back out. Zach turned right around to come back and finally got the issue resolved. So glad to have the issue corrected and in a timely manner.
