Larry was very professional, notifying us of each step they were preparing to start so that we knew when the water was on and off and how long it would remain that way. John tried his very best to save us money. They both apologized for taking out our landscaping but unfortunately there was no way around it. Reasonable pricing and great service, would highly recommend to any of my neighbors or friends.

Needed someone I could trust on my job sites. Always arrived early and left late if they needed to have things ready for next day inspection. Only plumber I use.
Always thinking ahead. I like that. Haven’t found anything they can’t do.

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)

Muana was awesome and very helpful when our water heater had issues. He went over a few options and had the repair done promptly and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use again.

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

Thorough cleaning and inspection of our HVAC systems. Alex did a great job. He was the same technician who did a clean and check of our heating systems last fall and we appreciated his service and helpful demeanor.
