Best Sewer Repairs in Charlotte NC

I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

We just had new laminate floors installed and needed help re-installing our toilet and sink. Through a friend recommendation we called Queen City Plumbing. It could not have been better! Justin was great. Very professional, nice, and conversational! Not being handy at all, we will definitely keep their number for any future plumbing needs.

I had a rental property with an old cast iron pipe leak and had to move the tenants out to do the repairs it was going to be a 3 day job that ended up taking a week and a half. One of the nights at 7:30 pm they were still working and locked them selfs out of the townhome. I was eating dinner and had to leave to go let them back in. And to mention the price to get this done was absolutely ridiculous. An absolute mess and don't recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

Charlotte Plumbing was very professional. Chad arrived on time, diagnosed
the problem and installed the fixtures we needed. He then tested everything
several times to make sure it worked and explained some maintenance we should
do on an ongoing basis. After ensuring I was completely satisfied, he gave me the
bill (very reasonable), cleaned up and left.

The attention and service we received from Mr. Rotor plumbing of Charlotte was excellent. Starting with my conversation with David Zeitlen, the office manager, to the onsite representative and project manager, Peter Leonard.....everything was professional and caring. What was initially a devastating event became bearable because of these men. They even recommended a restoration crew, all of whom have been equally exceptional. Thank you, David.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

They came quick, were thorough, and explained everything I needed to fix my problems. The rates were much more reasonable than another recommended company and these guys were faster and more efficient with their time while in my home. I didn't have any doubts in the quality of work and what needed to be done was completed faster than estimated, which is also a nice surprise. Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

He came by and did some work in my house a month or so ago, and was fantastic. It was not too big of an emergency, but he was still there the next day at the exact time that he said he would be. He also called ahead to make sure everything was still on track. He was very helpful, checked a number of other potential issues in the house at no charge, and was very reasonably priced. I looked at a lot of places around Harrisburg that had only a few reviews before seeing his list of positive reviews here, and am very happy that I went with him. Thanks to him and thanks for the rest of the folks here recommending him. I would not have come across him otherwise.
