Roto-Rooter of Charlotte repaired the leaking drain on my bathtub. The plumber Ronnie provided great service at a good value. I would defiantly hire them again in the future.

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

Shout out to John R. He came and fixed my disposal after another company my landlord sent out and said nothing was wrong with it, a day later it completely stopped working. John fixed it! I’m so happy that it’s fixed! John was punctual, friendly and informative. I will from here on out be hiring them and having my landlord reimburse me for things to be fixed properly and with Master Plumbers! My grandfather always said if you need a plumber make sure it’s a Master Plumber. Glad I listened, they know what they are doing!

Had a sudden major blockage issue, toilets overflowing, everything drained into tub, washing machine, sinks, called Zoom. Excellent customer service experience, instant answers from chat, courteous and prompt. Duane came out and worked diligently and next morning he and Jason came back to finish, fixed it all and got to the issue. Highly recommend Zoom for emergency sewage issues any day.

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

We had them replace all polybutylene pipe with PEX in the house we just purchased, install new toilets, move a gas regulator outside, and replace a kitchen faucet.

The good:
- Price quoted was similar to other companies
- Their office staff and plumbers were pleasant to interact with
- Price paid was same as price quoted
- They rescheduled to another day without issue when the painters' schedule and theirs conflicted
- When the gas regulator move wasn't as straightforward as expected, they went back to the shop, got the extra parts needed, and handled it within the scope of work.
- They finished the majority of the work in one day, with just a few things left on day 2
- The new pipes work!

The bad:
- Office person and lead plumber are out of sync. Originally we got everything scheduled for plumbing, then drywall repair and paint, then move-in, but the office person was assuming a date that didn't actually work, causing them to instead get scheduled in the middle of painting, which forced a plumbing reschedule to after move-in
- All of my hardwood floors in the areas they worked are covered in drywall dust
- They left boot smudges on white stair fronts
- They forgot part of the scope of work (kitchen faucet) until I reminded them
- They used my ladder and shop vacuum without asking -- (I know this is probably a bigger deal to me than it will be to others, and Mike made it right by reimbursing me what I asked to cover damages)
- Siding penetrations for gas line were angled upward and not caulked
- They did not caulk shower mix valves or tub spouts
- They did not properly caulk toilet bases (many gaps)
- They left polybutylene valves under our primary bathroom vanity, which leaked water when I opened them to cut them off myself
- They left puddles of water on top of the moisture barrier in our crawlspace.
- They removed insulation from under the first floor in two spots and did not replace. Same with living room ceiling/primary bath floor. They removed insulation that's currently sitting on my living room floor.

The not quite sure:
- They left one section of polybutylene pipe I wouldn't have known about if I didn't go under the house to check their work. When I asked about it, I was told someone else was coming to take care of that section, but had 6 jobs that day. But they had already sent a list of things they had left after the first day, and that was not included. I'm trying to assume positive intent, but including this here to remind you to check the work your contractors are doing.
- They left a ~10ft section of polybutylene where the primary supply comes under the foundation wall. We discussed this in our initial conversation, but to the foundation wall was not specified in the scope of work.

We've used them twice, never a problem with service, nor pricing. Would use them again.

Zion was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and had fantastic attention to detail while repairing our toilet and leak. I had such an amazing experience, I will only use Morris Jenkins for all of our home repairs and maintenance where able. Thank you! 5 Stars plus!

Unlike the previous company I had out the day before, Accent did not try to up sell me to other programs that cost $$$$. They came out on time and in a timely manner fixed the problem ....I saved $$$ on the service and repair + I saved mucho bucks on No Upsale Programs
