Damon and his crew have done it all! From a major bathroom overhaul to Marty fixing a leak and replacing a faucet - work is done on time and for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call or recommend.

Overall I'm very happy with the service provided. This would have been 5 stars, but one of the techs dragged mud in the house everywhere he went, and they left the sawdust from where they had to cut through a bulkhead for the new lines.

I would recommend them without hesitation, and will call them for future needs myself, but more care needs to be taken to respect the cleanliness of clients' homes.

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

I have 4 small leaks in my condo I needed fixed. Had Roto Rooter come out. The tech didn’t seem to know the names of the plumbing parts nor which bathroom was the “master” and which was the “hall bath”. At the end, he quoted me $2300 PLUS $1000 for a permit PLUS parts and labor. I laughed at him and told him to leave. The second quote I received was for $400 - no permit. I am a woman and my husband wasn’t home. The tech was either grossly under qualified or trying to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. Either way, don’t call them.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. In this particular case, a property I own had a clog and I called on Chris to evaluate and correct. Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

Harry cam out, diagnosed and fixed our issue with leaky water valves in our laundry room within a few hours. I would not hesitate to use MKB Plumbing again in the future. Great service!

Morris-Jenkins came out to do my semi annual service. The tech arrived on time. Introduced himself Cole was very thorough. He completely cleaned the unit, and upon inspection found that the fan motor was going bad. He showed me the grease from the bearings.Cole sourced a motor locally . Drove and picked it up and repaired it. Most other HVAC companies it would have been the next day or longer. Hats off to Morris-Jenkins. Really bad experience. Would never recommend this company. Thankful I went elsewhere. Also very overpriced. I was forced to use them through warranty company. Never again.

tree roots in my main sewer line. Helms came out on an emergency call and cleared the block for a temporary fix. They quoted (well below 2 other quotes) and scheduled a permanent fix of replacing my main sewer line. They were efficient, profesional, and courteous throughout, even put out grass seed and straw to cover the trench. My next plumbing project is a tankless water heater and I will not hesitate to call Helms again.
