Sergy was the 3rd plumber to come to our house to unclog our stopped up sink! None of the others could fix it. He was in and out in an hour with it fixed, the sink scoured clean, underneath the sink wiped dry and he crawled in our very tight crawl space to see the pipes and thoroughly explained to us why we had this problem. An excellent plumber who got the job done!!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. I will defiantly call Pay Less Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future. TJ was very knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Thank you TJ for all your hard work, our community is very pleased.

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

Fantastic contractor!

Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. On top of this delay, they are expecting instant payment. I sent a check out at their first invoice and have received almost daily demands for their money. 3 months for a 3 day job, they can wait on the Post Office for their payment. I would never have these people in my house again. I fear my wife would, however. Terrible outfit to deal with.

We had another plumbing company fix a sink and they told us we needed a pressure reducing valve as our house didn't have one. Called up Carolina Plumbing Pros for an estimate and they found the pressure release valve under house - the other company didn't even look there. Their estimate for a new toilet instillation was $200 less than the other company. They showed up when promised and did a great job.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

Price gougers! They take advantage of home owners lack of knowledge. After setting up a free inspection/quote. Wanted $3,500.00 to waterjet house pluming. Did not give an estimate. Told me verbally and told he to phone the service person directly not the company. I'm pretty sure this price is 3 to 4 times the average price.

I am SO impressed by everyone i have met at this company. Rico, Adam, Mark and Jackie have been so helpful and super friendly! I had some pretty strange issues with a new hot water heater and they were able to take care of that along with a toilet valve issue. I will be using them as my go to plumber from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
