Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

Josh Brackett thoroughly cleaned my water heater and explained how dirt accumulated in it. He showed me how the dirt was being flushed through the plumbing when he turned on the kitchen faucet. He also explained why I kept hearing the water surging in the toilet.

Brian was amazing. I had a house full of guests and the hot water tank broke. Brian came out on a Saturday evening and replaced the tank and it was up and running within a few hours. Highly recommended!

Tim was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and just fun to talk to, also a good listener. What I mean about being knowledgeable he broke dat thang down! telling me about the contaminants that build up over time in the bottom of the tank, and how much more sufficient the waterless tank would be. My mom and I really enjoyed talking with him. We weren't able to move forward just yet due to our other financial obligations, but when we're ready there's no other company that we rather use.

Franklin and Brett were professional, timely and performed quality work. They uninstalled an entire messed up lift station set and installed a brand new working one. John Bird (63) came out to my home last Friday. He was prompt, courteous, and able to assess the situation with the plumbing issue in my laundry room quickly. He went above an beyond even draining my washer out so I didn't have water just sitting in it for a week while waiting on the pipes to thaw. I will utilize this company again for any future needs.

Steve Mumpower was great to work with. He was a professional and answered each and every inquiry with care and expediency. He really softened the blow of this entire situation and we were blessed to have him on our side. Thank you again.

Technician Tony came to my house in Cornelius NC at 6:30pm on a SATURDAY night (nov 3). What a great honest professional experience.
Tony did everything by code, explained to me what he was doing at even had to go in crawl space at night. Tony spent 5 hours resolving my issue and left at 11:30pm.

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

Reed has done a terrible job! Very sneaky, unethical and worse, a messy fella! We had to hire someone else to fix his mess!

We've had a good experience with Zoom Drain. They arrived on time, laid out pricing upfront and explained their work once complete. When my wife thought we may be having the same issue ~10 days later, she called and they had someone out same day (on a Sunday no less) for free to check it all out. I don't know prices for these types of services, but this seemed a bit expensive - at first. The fact they honor a warranty and came out immediately takes any trepidation of the money spent away in my mind.

I called for the first time . They came a couple hours later . Very reasonable . Good guys will use them again .and Kevin came to my rental unit. I leave in New York and he took care of my place in North Carolina. Great guy!!!!

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I was texting Roco late on a Thursday night and she had David out by 8 am the next morning. All fixed by 915 am! I learned two things from this experience...1)DON'T LET HUBBY FIX PLUMBING 2) Clog Busterz is the place to call for your plumbing needs. The customer service is beyond. Thank you, David for a working shower and thank you Roco for always being so helpful in times of plumbing distress! :)

The company came out to my house today. My oldest son (18 yrs) open door said hello. They guys stated they had to look around the house first. My son came to get me. I came up and they were gone but left a note in the door “sorry we missed you”. I called they said they knocked and no one came to the door and they wasn’t sure he was old enough for them to come in. Why didn’t they call to make sure someone was here over 18 yrs old. They call back to say what happen. Smh. Worst experience ever and very unacceptable.
