I had a leak in my 50 year old bathroom plumbing. Chad with Charlotte Plumbing came out the day I called and fixed the leak. I am a senior so of course I wanted to be in the middle of his work, all from the comfort of my chair. He explained in layman terms what he was doing step by step, and all options.Chad is the most skilled plumber i have seen, good pricing, and friendly, and I have been in the game for awhile. Larry did a great job clearing our washing machine drain. He used a mask and gloves for covid precautions. Larry was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. I have used Rapid-Rooter many times. They are great with communicating service expectations and appointment arrival. They are always my first call for my plumbing needs.

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!
ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you again Brett!!! Way to make me believe in excellent customer service again!!

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

Not on time did not call and never did show up ?

John was professional and explained everything to me as he was working. He made sure to thoroughly resolve the problem and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing problem.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. Care way too much about money and not enough about their customers. Had a small drip coming from upstairs into the kitchen.Technician and his apprentice tried charging me almost 200 bucks just to drill a hole in the ceiling. When he saw my expression and realized he was out of his mind, he went out to his car to do my paperwork, came back in, and said he wanted to start over and that it would only be 49 to drill a hole. 175 to 49 in a matter of 10 minutes is a bit too extreme to be trusted. On top of that, he tried giving me the name of his friend. If I don't trust you, then why the hell would I trust your friend? Lol!
