Best Residential Leak Detection in Charlotte NC

Our water heater busted at 1am, we didn't know what to do, but a mutual friend suggested Queen City. They were amazing, saved the day! They gave us a fair price, same day service, and the owner Justin called back the next day to thank us for being a customer and check on their work. I will never call any other company again as long as I am in the Charlotte area.

Wyatt Works was a great choice to install a new shower and bathtub faucet. The faucet I bought would have required them to put a hole in the wall to install the new shower valve. Mike recommended it would be cheaper and a better option to get a moen trim kit so they would not have to go through the wall. His recommendation ending up saving us $500 on installation. When the install was done my girlfriend noticed the tub spout was not level. I called the office and the same day they sent Mike back out to make an adjustment to the copper pipe in the wall to level it up and now it looks perfect! Give them a call if you need some plumbing work done.

These guys are everything you would want in a plumber. They answered the phone immediately, showed up quickly (and gave me the 30 minute 'heads up' like they said they would) had reasonable rates, were professional and courteous... Absolutely excellent. They had my root ball clog fixed in about an hour, no problems. You need a plumber? Call these guys.

Not pleased with their work. The plumber scratched my new hardwood floors and told his employer that they were already there and he didn’t do it. He lied. He moved and shoved my stove and did not use a professional mat. No one from their company has contacted me to rectify the damage. I would never recommend them to my friends.

For most of us, the feeling of dread and impending doom that comes with having no water come out of the faucet, finding a leak and having a sewer backup all at once surpasses such things as getting a root canal or stepping foot on a used car.

Needless to say I was not looking forward to contacting a plumber but after consulting YouTube I realized I had no other choice, so I held my nose and started dialing..

But wait, this experience was nothing like I had expected, as the customer service was friendly and not condescending, the scheduling was done for the next day without a hassle, no sitting around all day waiting for a technician, as Ted contacted me when he was 45min away as I had requested, and li and behold he actually showed up ten minutes earlier than scheduled and was waiting in the driveway for me to arrive from work, so I didn’t have to take half the day off waiting for a six hour arrival window.

The best thing is, the exceeding of my expectations did not stop there, as Ted was friendly, personable, professional and beyond persistent, as he worked effortlessly to identify the issue that had confounded others, and not only did he find the problem with the pipes and leak, but he fixed everything in a timely fashion, while explaining what he was doing each step of the way.

Having the heart of a teacher is something I look for in the service industry, and my technician Ted truly exhibited this quality, as you could tell he not only enjoyed his work, but enjoyed teaching others as well.

Overall, this experience with Oprion One plumbing completely changed my mindset about plumbers, as this was dare I say, an enjoyable experience from start to finish, as even the bill came in much lower than expected!

I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs as they were trustworthy, professional, prompt, service oriented, customer focused and a tremendous value for the quality of work performed.

All of a sudden our water completely stopped. No drops, no drip, nothing. The entire staff at AAA City Plumbing was awesome. From the original phone call to the actual service. Our problem was fixed the same day. And it was something minor too, which was even nicer.

We have used Rapid Rooter several times over the years. Their serviceman, TJ, called to give us a time as to when he would be able to come out to the house. He was very punctual and professional. Instead of doing unnecessary work, that would have added to his bill, he discussed the situation with me and explained to me what he would do in this situation, thus saving us hundreds of dollars. Told me what to look for in the future and if certain things happen, then who to call.
It is always a pleasure to do business with people who put the customers needs first.

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

So so happy with both the owner and the plumber out to our house, John! We have had a lot of issues with our plumbing with really old cast iron pipes that were in really rough shape when we bought the house. The owner came out to see what was up and walked us through potential problems and solutions and explained everything super well and explained what exactly could be going on without trying to freak us out! Just felt very prepared for what could be coming our way.

When they came back to try to fix the clogs, our pipes had a lot of issues with being able to access them properly, but they kept at it until they were able to figure out each issue! Which felt like one thing after the other, but they never gave up and proactively answered questions and gave more information on what had been happening. Showed me each step so I could be more educated about my own home too which I really appreciated. Didn’t give us the run around and they were both super honest and it really eased my mind! Saved us so much headache and stress. Thank you guys so much!
