Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. We'll be future customers for sure!

Each time I called this unpleasant, unprofessional business the call failed. About two days ago evening hours I spoke to a technician named John. I just had questions for him to help me understand the situation. In my opinion, he didn’t want to answer my questions so he abruptly hung up the phone. A day of so I telephoned the office and finally spoke to the Chief Executive. When I finally got her today to make a complaint she was rude and accused me of badgering her employees, something that I would never do to anyone . I was do offended with Dianne. Maybe I wasn’t the right color for this company ! I hate playing the race card but that is how the both of them made me feel. TJ & John were the plumbers here at my home. They never respected me enough to tell me something. John claimed that they didn’t know whether I was the homeowner or tenant They ran my water for long periods of time and on several occasions I had to asked them when could I turn the water off. All bathrooms tubs and faucets were running at the same time full speed. Now, I do know the water has to run at some point. Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

I was having some plumbing problems and another plumbing company came out but not only was the young man unprofessional but did not fix the job. On the 27 of March I got in touch with Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they sent Jordan Johnson, Not only was he professional but did an outstanding job. I was 100% pleased with him and the excellent job he did very clean and had me check the job when he was finished.
