After consulting a friend in the construction business, we knew this was going to be an extensive and costly repair, so we focused on plumbers by reading reviews and decided to go with Queen City plumbing.After getting our quote, the process was easy to schedule the day for repairs. Paul Glover and his team (Donald, Dekota, and Vinton) arrived on time and performed the repairs as described. They were professional, communicated expectations clearly, and restored the property as best as possible. They even reseeded the areas of the yard that was impacted from the construction work.Based on our experience, we would recommend Queen City plumbing based on the work product and professionalism.

Mike came out with haste when a landscaper hit our water main. He gave us a great price for the services needed. Even after having to run back to the warehouse for the proper materials, the entire job was done in under an hour. Quick fix for such a big job that could be a huge problem. I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!

Tony arrived within the time window provided, assessed, and resolved the issue with our tankless water heater in minutes. He also took the time explain what to do in the future if we lose power and temperatures are below freezing.
