Best Replacement Gas Line in Charlotte NC

This past week I came home to a leaking hot water heater knowing it was time to be replaced. (15 years old) So my thought process was to get up the next morning and try and set up some time for the obvious to come out and give me some estimates. Then I thought 2 weren't enough so I ended up Google-ling plumbers in the Charlotte area and there they were....Michael & Sons, had great reviews!! So I ended up setting up an appointment and the same day they came out and gave me an estimate. From the moment I spoke with the representative, Keona and having a knowledgeable CERTIFIED Technician, Brian Thompson give me the estimate and come back out the next day to install my water heater, nothing but professionalism and great customer service. Jose was a very nice young man and found the problem very quickly. He traced the problem to an old outlet that a sick animal urinated on and did a great job now we have our lights back!
