The techs are always professional, thorough, and honest, showing where the problem is even if it is not a plumbing issue they can charge to fix. David, who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, is the epitome of courtesy, customer service, professionalism, and communication. After taking down all relevant information, I will usually hear back within several minutes with all the details of the scheduled service call. The repairs are always thorough and the prices are fair. I will always refer Mr. Rooter to my clients.

Michael and Dustin did a great job trying to clean up our clogged laundry drain. They offered least expensive alternative to save the overall cost of repair until the clog was cleared. Highly recommend this business.

Had a septic emergency. I called and had them out the same day. They sent out John whom quickly assessed the issue and got to work. Unfortunately he had to come back the next day to bring a backhoe. John was very professional and proficient in his demeanor the entire time. Poor guy is a germophobe and got #2 on him but handled it like a champ. 10/10 would have John come back out again. As a new homeowner I would not hesitate to contact AAA City Plumbing should I have any further issues.

I live in an older home and have gone from cast iron pipes to pvc. Lately, I had a major blockage in the outside main pipe that goes to city sewage that caused no operating bathrooms (3) inside my home. After calling a High End Corporate Plumbing Service, and them trying to sell me over on a 4K mainline replacement, and still no working bathrooms.... I went with a second opinion with Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Starting with the initial contact, they declared my situation as an “emergency”. They dispatched a plumber by the name of Jordon. After initial contact, Jordon was on my property promptly. He found the problem outside, fixed it, and made sure all pipes/drains were unclogged and water was exiting my home to the city lines with no other problems. All 3 bathroom tubs and sink drains are working great without the $4000 bill!! Thank you Charlotte Plumbing Masters & thank you, Jordon! We will refer and use this company again.

IRV replaced my main sewer line from the street all the way under my house. The project was very difficult due to concrete walk way and many tree roots. I have a service line warranty company and IRV did a great job with communicating with my warranty company and also with me. They gave my warranty great detail on the repairs needed and made it clear to them that the whole line needed replaced and not repaired. When approval was granted IRV completed the job and the tech showed me all the details of the new line. Thank you so much to Kat in the front office and the 2 technicians for my new line.

John and his colleague Brandon helped us to replace gas water heater couple days ago. They spent 5 hrs straight on the project and we got hot water back at the end of the day. Quality work at an affordable price.....John's quote was much lower than other contractors that we checked but his quality work was no less, if not better.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

The plumbers were very professional, respectful, and friendly. The work was completed promptly and they were very clean.

Service tech was out just hours after our call, was able to diagnose the issue and provide our best options. Will call them again!

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! They didn't make me feel bad by asking what happened or how long it had been in that condition; they just WENT TO WORK! Thanks guys! Y'all are Awesome!!!
