I think WyattWorks deserves more then five stars, but that's all I'm allowed.
My gas water heater was not producing hot water so I called the gas company, figuring the pilot light had gone out. The guy they sent claimed he restarted the pilot and left. Maybe he did, but soon I wasn't get hot water anymore. So I called WyattWorks late on a Sunday and was able to speak on the phone with a real person (how unusual is that?). I was told their scheduler would contact me first thing in the morning, which they did. The company then kept in touch so that I knew exactly when their technician would arrive. They even send a short bio about him so I knew who to expect. Turns out the problem was a defective gas control valve and their technician, Brian, knew that as soon as he saw the brand of water heater I had. He even had the necessary part on his truck so he could make the repair on the spot. No waiting to get spare parts!
My experience with WyattWorks has been first rate. In speaking with their representative on Sunday, their scheduler, and Brian, I felt this company really cares about their customers., and I certainly will use them again if the need arises. In fact, I've asked them to bid on some plumbing renovations I want to have done in my bathroom. Great company to work with!

Our family had a fairly significant water leak coming from an upstairs bathtub. I called Charlotte Plumbing yesterday afternoon (Friday), and the service has just been completed to our 100% satisfaction today (Saturday). Chad was our technician and he was courteous, knowledgeable and explained all of our options to us. He ended up helping us choose a new fixture that needed to be replaced that matched the rest of the bathroom fixtures as well. His workmanship was top notch and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing without hesitation.

This is the second time I have used Rapid Rooter. John Bird came both times and was very prompt in arriving and had the kitchen drains on two different houses unclogged in no time. I thought their price was reasonable for having to go on the roof and unclog via the roof vent. Used the coupon and saved even more. Will use Rapid rooter on my next plumbing event.

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!

Tony came by to service my gas insert fireplace. It ended up only needing new batteries for the starter. Tony is very kind and professional. He walked me through the process so I can do it myself in the future.

Call D.R. Jordan if you want timely, professional, and affordable service! I had an issue with my HVAC and called D.R. Jordan. They came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and made sure I had a good understanding of what they did. Couldn't be happier! Their business card now hangs on my fridge!

Does the job right the first time with honesty and integrity.

MKB does excellent work. Ned was on time and very knowledgeable. I interviewed 3 different plumbers to install a laundry sink. MKB was the right choice. I plan to use MKB moving forward.

Had Duke Energy premium water heater warranty. Water Heater recently inspected. Had a leak and the water heater was replaced in a timely manner with a professional crew from Jim Dickerson Plumbing.

Jason the owner had Duane Smith out to us within 2 hours. Both were very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Be prepared to Pay More! $225 per visit no matter what service is provided. The plumber Charles was wonderful and here for less than 30 minute to change a hose on the washer. I was shocked at the $250 charge! Way more expensive than other services. I will not use them again!
