Julian’s plumbing was great to work with. I needed a job completed fast and they showed up same day to quote and next day to complete the job. Plan to use them again to finish out my kitchen in a few weeks. Definitely give them a shot!

Shower was making a knocking noise. Had tech come out and quote $220 to fix. Did not go with that because it sounded way to expensive. Resolved the problem with a $2 washer from Home Depot. Tech claimed he does not carry all the washers in his truck and had to charge me to go across town and get one yet we went to Home Depot down the street and found it with no problem. Tech should at least carry basic washers for shower knob. Wasted service call fee

Ted S. was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, efficient and above all personable. He made me feel secure and safe with his advice and guidance. Ted was very friendly and resolved our issue promptly. Customer service was awesome as well, calling to provide status updates until Ted's arrival. Thank you all!

John Raymond was my technician and he did a great job. He went above and beyond making sure everything was covered under my home warranty. He was enthusiastic about wanting to fix everything I needed. He also made sure I knew everything he was doing and actually taught me some simple things as he went. Ask for John! I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

We had our dual air conditioning systems replaced last month by Progressive Service. The whole experience -- from our first call for an evaluation to find out why our power bill was way up, through the installation and even a service call -- has been fantastic. Responsiveness was very fast, I think one day for the evaluator (William Taylor) to come out after my call. He was straightforward and honest in his report, including several pictures of the bad news with our old systems. The sales rep (Darryl Boswell) was here the day after that, and gave us a great education on the different systems we could choose, benefits of each, and the cost. His 25+ years of experience, and how long he's been with Progressive, gave us a feeling of trust and confidence in both his advice and the company. And the final installation was done about 2 weeks after we ordered, and took two installers two full days. Communication was excellent, the installers were super friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean. Justin is the BEST! They put down protective cloths on the floors and stairs so as not to damage anything (pics attached). And when we had a problem with the units going into reverse defrost mode and blowing cold air into the house, we hade Justin out again the very same day that I called. Just a great experience overall.

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I was texting Roco late on a Thursday night and she had David out by 8 am the next morning. All fixed by 915 am! I learned two things from this experience...1)DON'T LET HUBBY FIX PLUMBING 2) Clog Busterz is the place to call for your plumbing needs. The customer service is beyond. Thank you, David for a working shower and thank you Roco for always being so helpful in times of plumbing distress! :)

Jared was pleasant and very efficient. He listened to my concerns, ran the diagnostics. Although there were no issues found (it came right on!) I was encouraged to call back if there were any other problems.

Had my toilet back up downstairs. Slab house with wood floors throughout..nightmare! They sent someone out next day, ran an auger through main line clean out and told me my septic was backing up. One septic guy, state inspector and 5,000$ later. My toilet was still gurgling with just washing a small load of laundry. Call them beck out same guy. Bill. Augered main line again. Didn’t run a camera or anything just to check which I felt unusual considering I just had all the septic work done and still having problems. Toilet flushed so they called it good. Said call me if it happens again. Low and behold it did days after. Bill came out a 3rd time this time finally with a camera. ROOTS in my main line. Came back a 4th time and used a water jet. Toilets flushed and all is well since. My issue is had they diagnosed the problem correctly and the first time I’d probably still have 5,000$ in my pocket. Septic actually wasn’t backing up come to find out. Was roots hanging everything up. Was told by bill the charge for running a camera and the water jet would be 150$ each. My bill was 941$! I was being charged for them to rent a camera, an auger fee and 250$ to rent a water jet! None of this was ever run by me during entire process. I would not pay for a company to rent equipment to do jobs they professionally claim to do. Girl on the phone was not helpful or considerate with my issue of the bill. She told me bill did make a note that it would be 150$ for water jetting but that their bill lady must of missed it and that’s why it was an extra 100$ on my bill. Human error I was told! What kind of company making 900+$ off of 1 1/2 hours total of work doesn’t keep a camera on their truck. I would have saved 2 service trips which cost my time and theirs. Bill was nice and prompt which is contradicting to the company but I would not recommend them to anyone!
