Called in and the receptionist, Imani, was very professional in asking what we needed to have done. We were able to schedule 3 new toilet installations as well as new faucets in each bathroom as well. The technicians, Nas and Hayden removed and installed all the requested items. They ensured we were happy with the installation and left the area clean. EVERYTHING HAPPEN JUST AS IT WAS PROMISED! I give my highest recommendation for Queen City Plumbing to my friends and family.

I suspected my water heater was leaking, so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come out and do a free evaluation, as per the coupon they offer on their website. Travis came out, did an evaluation, discovered the issue, and gave me a range of options. He was very professional and did a great job.

I've used them at least 3 times now. Quick response, courteous, friendly, very professional, clean (when they arrive of course!) and I imagine they are in line with professional plumbing companies. Work or work options are explained in detail. I am very happy with their services and have bought a 3 year maintenance plan that offers a 15% discount and complementary services that probably would cost as much anyway. My go to plumber now.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. We did not have ER Plumbing out to our house. They wanted to charge $79 in order to offer me a quote to install a hot water heater. And the fee would not go towards the overall cost of the water heater installation. The company did refer me to coupons on their website for water heater installation, but I'm not going to pay you money just to give me a quote on services that I may not hire you to complete.

Jim Fetter in hvac was spectacular. Friendly, honestly. I bought a whole new system. Excellent company. They can take care if all of your needs. Carlos Arana also came to fix, replace and add new outlets. Such a friendly, nice man. Fabulous company. Definitely recommend this company.
