Best New System in Charlotte NC

Queen City Plumbing resolved a block in the line from my home to the main line as well as fixed some lingering issues from a previous (not as qualified) contractor. They were honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

David handled our emergency situation here at our restaurant in a friendly and professional way. He was so courteous! His guys were here on the spot, even though they were busy elsewhere. They made it a point to help us get our problem solved so that we could open our doors for business and not lose any revenue. Would highly recommend. We'll be using them all the time. While I was changing a toilet supply line I broke the CPVC pipe in the wall. Called All Hours based on positive reviews on Nextdoor. Eric came within an hour, on a Saturday. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

Prompt and helpful personal

After finding that the bathroom drain was clogged up I tried everything I knew to clear it but couldn't get it done. I called Zoom and spoke with Jason who was very professional and quickly got me an appointment for tonight. (On a Sunday). I got a text about 45 minutes before the technician arrived with his picture so I knew who to be looking for . Duane showed up and immediately assessed the problem and quickly took care of the issue. Even gave me tips on how to prevent further issues in the future. Duane has to be the most professional technician I have had in my home. With how well Duane handled the issue and how quickly they took care of the problem we are customers for life. I plan to spread the word about Zoom Drain and just how amazing they are.

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!

I have used Travis Crawford twice now. Once to replace my AC and recently when my water heater started leaking I check their site and they had added plumbing service now. Having had such a good AC experience, I made an appointment to have them replace my water heater. They did a quick job and it looks and works fantastic! I will definitely use them again and recommend them.
