Best New Plumbing Installation in Charlotte NC

We just had new laminate floors installed and needed help re-installing our toilet and sink. Through a friend recommendation we called Queen City Plumbing. It could not have been better! Justin was great. Very professional, nice, and conversational! Not being handy at all, we will definitely keep their number for any future plumbing needs.

John Ritchie was the only plumber who was able to fix our gas leak at the Quality Inn & Suites Rock Hill. After calling numerous other large national companies, Mr. Ritchie was the only one who came out and was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend his services for both residential and commercial services. He does exceptional work at reasonable prices.

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. Sewer line clogged on a Sunday evening, backed up in both bathrooms; neither toilets or bathtub/shower would drain - just a mess. Called Zoom; excellent response time, sewer line cleared & drained very quickly & efficiently. Professional friendly service, no additional charge for weekend/emergent call, reasonable charge. I highly recommend, will absolutely call Zoom if we have another backup!

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

this guy is a giant jerk, he has no respect for others property to make his sale. absolutely disgusting man. I'd get someone who was worth the money your gonna pay to fix something instead of a guy who breaks others things.
