Justin and his team were great to work with! After 14 years in our house we finally decided to upgrade our water heater to a tankless. It’s been about a year now and the difference is incredible! We got a new shower with 2 heads and we can have that one, our kids shower, laundry and dishwasher all going at the same time and never run out of hot water! This is great for when family or friends come to visit and everyone needs to get ready at the same time. Another unexpected bonus is that the tankless unit can be mounted outside right next to the gas main, which frees up a good bit of garage storage space. Justin’s team was quick, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend Queen City Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

John was super professional and helpful in changing out our garbage disposal. Our new model is a huge improvement over the builder grade option we had for the last two years that always sounded like it was broken. Great communication, cleaned up after himself and took time to show me how to trouble shoot the new diposal should anything ever get in there than shouldn't have. Will call again.

Bliss installed a dishwasher. Very prompt, arrived right on time. The installer was extremely professional and courteous. Nice network that was very well done. 100% satisfied and look to have them back to do some other work around the house

Can't say enough good things about John Ritchie and his plumbing services. I have been nothing but PLEASED with them from START to FINISH since working with them in the past week.
Our home had original cast iron sewer pipes that had aged and finally began leaking in our basement. We tried for 4 weeks to call well established plumbers in the local area to come out for an estimate...and would only be told that everyone was booked for weeks...that is if they even bothered to return our calls.
After continuing to research, I found Ritchie Plumbing...saw the great reviews he already had...and took my shot. My call was answered immediately, and they came out to do a quote that same day...Free of charge, since we lived in the local Stvl area.
After they left, I already knew that I TRUSTED them to do the work....even before getting the quote....which they already had done up for me by the end of the day. And the pricing was so reasonable, for the work that had to be done!!.
I'm HAPPY to say that a week later....my pipes have been replaced. The job was done within a day....I had a little to zero clean up to do after they left...and the service was so PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to my friends who are looking to have plumbing work done....and I will only use Ritchie Plumbing in the future. I suggest anyone that reads this review do the same, if you want complete satisfactory work for your home!

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

Private water line had a leak and received multiple estimates. Pathmaker plumbers went through all possible repairs. Once they started the repairs done in one day. I replaced whole line in the yard

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

Rick did an amazing job on a kitchen sink pex piping job. He found the ACTUAL problem with our plumbing that we were unaware of, didn’t recommend unnecessary work for the sake of money, and was extremely thorough. He was professional, kind, timely, and extremely reasonable in his prices. He charged less than we expected. We would heartily recommend Rick to anyone!

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

Clog Busterz is a phenomenal plumbing company. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!

I first called Travis Crawford a year ago because my A/C wasn't working in the middle of the summer. He came out the same day (at 7pm, no less) because it was so hot outside. He quickly determined that it was a minor issue, fixed it, and didn't charge me because it only took him a minute to fix.

I called him again this year because my freon was low. He fixed it quickly, at a fair price, and gave me reasonable estimates for a longer term solution for my bad A/C unit.

I strongly recommend his company's services.
