We called on Mr.Rooter for a sewer main backup emergency on a Sunday. The entire service process went very well, they responded promptly and communicated the arrival time. Travis the service technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We are pleased and will call again (hopefully not too often).

John Ritchie did a great job of adding a second water faucet to my house. The job only took about an hour and the price was much better than what I would be quoted by one of the larger plumbing companies. I will definitely be using him in the future.

A Sunday afternoon and D.R. Jordan came out within 30 minutes. Traits not always prevalent in today's world is who they are: integrity, totally honest, and just good people who take their business and reputation very seriously. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.

Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

WOW!! They are PHENOMENAL!!!! Always very professional, detailed in their assessment, they thoroughly explain every detail of what is wrong and what needs to be done. I don't feel like they try to up sell me on anything. They've installed two new Heating units, and repaired my AC unit that another company tried 3x to fix and couldn't figure it out (and actually made it worse). Great customer service over the phone, I get texts of who is coming (with a pic) to my house, and they are quick while also being thorough. TOP NOTCH company!!! Highly recommend!!!
