Best Need Plumbing Repairs in Charlotte NC

I typically do not write reviews,but felt compelled to do so today. My family, friends, and neighbors have been using Julian's Plumbling for the last 15 yrs. Our plumber, Jason, has been outstanding with repair work and advice during this time. I would not trust anyone else with our plumbing issues. Guys keep up the good work!

I had ceiling leaks in a first floor powder room, and in the garage. I found Queen City Plumbing online under Best Plumbers in Charlotte. I got an appointment right away. My plumber TORE, was prompt and professional. TORE was methodical and persistent in his diagnosis of the problem. He knew exactly what to do. I feel secure knowing that I can call on Queen City Plumbing . I had a leak in the shower and a clogged drain in the powder room. I called Queen City Plumbing and they gave me an appointment right away. My plumber was named JUSTIN CHARLES and he notified me when he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained the problem and everything he was going to do. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

William and his team were very courteous, friendly, and professional. David, the office manager, and his staff were very helpful and reliable. We received excellent service from everyone at Mr. Rooter.

George and Ian were very professional, courteous and friendly. It was appropriately explained what was needed. The work was done efficiently. George also taught us how to treat drains and what products to use to avoid future backup and problems

My service technician was Chris Jones. He gave me a call as to when he was arriving according to my scheduled time. He arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. We agreed to what the problem was. He calculated a price before starting the job. I agreed to his quote. He got his tools and finished the job within the hour. I was happy with the repair, the time frame and the many conversations we had while he worked. He was very courteous in the fact that he noticed throughout my house is white carpet. He took his shoes off and on during the times he had to go to his truck and then to re-enter my house. I didn't ask him to do that but it was greatly appreciated and I just had my carpet cleaned.
Overall I was very happy with the work and would definitely hire this company again.

Had All Hours Plumbing out today to install a toilet, 2 hose bibs, and a new pressure reducing valve under the house. Johnny was great, on time, and pleasant to work with. I was texted, emailed and called every step of the way. Their prices were realistic and I was serviced next day. Highly recommend. They will be my plumber going forward.

John and his colleague Brandon helped us to replace gas water heater couple days ago. They spent 5 hrs straight on the project and we got hot water back at the end of the day. Quality work at an affordable price.....John's quote was much lower than other contractors that we checked but his quality work was no less, if not better.

Fixed the stopper in my bathroom sink and put on a new shower head. Very professional!

A Sunday afternoon and D.R. Jordan came out within 30 minutes. Traits not always prevalent in today's world is who they are: integrity, totally honest, and just good people who take their business and reputation very seriously. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Regge provided excellent service and answered all questions I had regarding my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Massey Plumbing.

Travis Crawford Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job! From the time I called them to the through completion of my AC installation. The technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable, the office staff was very nice and quick to respond and they even send you text updates on when your technician will arrive. (On-time I might add) It is a breathe of fresh air to deal with a company that is knowledgeable, fair priced, and communicates efficiently with their customer. I have used them for years and will continue. Give them a try and see for yourself!!

Worst service ever. I called on Tuesday to schedule service on a Friday morning. Called back to confirm on Thursday. Pay Less finally showed up at 5:30 PM Friday after several calls. Spent two and a half hours and only replaced a bad toilet wax ring. Now the toilet won't fully flush. They were supposed to fix a leaky hose faucet as well. Not only was the faucet not fixed it was damaged so badly that I can no longer attach a hose. I was charged $200 - for nothing.
