Donald and Comer were wonderful in troubleshooting the leak in my pipes that had a cut in it on the cold water valve. They were professional and honest, they gave me a quote before doing anything to give me an idea of what I'll be looking at and were explaining every step for me to understand. They were quick about the repair and gave me referrals for the post-opt of fixing my ceiling.Queen City Plumbing quickly called back once I left a voicemail within the hour and were able to schedule me very fast in their schedule. I would highly recommend the company, people and the service they provide!

Tech onsite removed some hair from a drain, was here 5 min. Charged me over $225. This was a ripoff.I stupidly called them back to address and shower faucet. The plumber came out turned a screw driver, informed me it was fixed and left. I checked and the faucet assembly is still not functioning correctly. Now they refused to refund $57 (calling it a trip fee). For what? Someone to walk in and tell me it is fix and working fine?They continually disappoint me. I give up on trying to use them. I will make it my goal that others know of their lack of service.

TJ is fantastic and has such a great attitude. We had a drain problem but didn't know it was causing our washing machine to leak. We were on the verge of buying a new washing machine but TJ saved the day. GO TJ AND RAPID ROOTER!!!!!!!!

I really appreciate Roto Rooter being willing to get some out to my home Sunday night to clear out a clogged pipe. The lady that helped me in dispatched was able to find someone at the last minute to come late Sunday night so that we would not be without water for the rest of the night and next morning. Jeff came after finishing up another job and was very friendly even after having to work until after 11pm to clear the clog. I really appreciate him for that and you would have never known he was here. He was informative and honest . He made my experience a very positive one.

If you are not now using the services of IRV Plumbing and Electric, you are missing out, missing out on the work of professionals who provide prompt, excellent service, at reasonable rates, who stand by their work and who are a pleasure to have into your home. A perfect example is Matthew, who was recently in our home to make electrical repairs. A bit like having a good friend stop by to help out.Most recently Matthew returned to do our HVAC maintenance. If you are enrolled in the service agreement IRV tracks maintenance, calls when it is due and then send someone to provide this service. This is so helpful because it is just one less thing to worry about...IRV does it for you and at no additional cost. IRV and Matthew get 5 stars. Our home is an Historic Landmark and IRV is who we trust for our plumbing, electrical and HVAC!

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

Damion has done a few repairs at my home. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and each time I called him, he came immediately. He is very professional and offers a decent price for his services. I highly recommend him for all my plumbing repairs.

Fantastic experience. Had a warranty issue through home builder and Paul came out and fixed it very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Jason was punctual and even waited on me as I was running an errand. He handled the problem with no issues. I would recommend him as a tech. My issue is with the cost. Over $300 for about 30 minutes and the use of a commercial grade snake. I could have done it if I had the equipment. The preset cost seem unreasonable for what was done. Next time I will rent the equipment first.

Rick was great to work with. The issue turned out to be something completely minor, and didn't even try to charge me. Ended up with a free replacement part in the process. Will definitely use Peace of Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.
