Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

Overall great experience yet again. This time Kevin came by and asked what the issue was and after listening intently he went and got his tools and effectively went about his business. Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters did an excellent job in assisting us to hookup our house to city water. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. Both the office staff and field technicians provided outstanding communication with us at all stages of the process, answering our many questions and informing us of all of the steps needed to complete this project. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Today we had a excellent experience with IRV Plumbing and their master plumber Leon C. He was very professional, gave us a good estimate of what we needed done, and did a great job of installing 3 new toilets and putting in a recirculating pump for hot water heater. He was able to do all the work in one day, meticulous with keeping floors clean by wearing booties and putting tarp down where needed. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. We would definitely use IRV again.

Shomari the Service Technician (#6633) was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me locate my French drain clean out and sold me some Pipe Shield to help prevent future problems. Would recommend him a roto-rooter to anyone with plumbing problems.

Had John come out to my house today to inspect all my plumbing issues and to also look at my gas lines water heater. We recently moved into our home a couple years ago and just wanted to see what needed to be done if there was anything wrong.

They inspected everything and answered all my questions honestly and didn't blow smoke or try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They were calm, patient, and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. While I wasn't able to do all the repairs they suggested, I was happy that didn't force me or try to guilt me into doing all the repairs.

They did replace all of my plumbing under my kitchen sink, they advised me to remove my disposal due to how old it was. I couldn't afford them to put in a new disposal, they made the pipe work compatible and installed an outlet so I can easily install a disposal in the future if I choose too.

They were an awesome group of guys to work with and I will be using this company in the future, no doubt about that!

This is the second time we have used Michael and Sons and we were very satisfied with the work completed. The tech was very clear in explaining what the issue was and we felt the cost was reasonable for the work. We will only be using Michael and Sons going forward!

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.
