Kim did a fantastic job with the kitchen faucet installation. He also replaced garbage disposer a few months ago, and we are pleased with the quality of his work both times.

Chad was the plumber who did the work. So impressed with him. Courteous, and bent over backward to make sure I was happy. The work looked good to me. Highly recommend this company.

FAST! PROMPT! These are just two words that describe this recent service call from Roto-Rooter at 1700 Orr Industrial Drive in Charlotte. The Serviuce Technician, Gary Rose, indentified my issue that we were experiencing with toilet. He immediately gave me a quote. The entire problem was repaired in approximately 30 minutes. Wow, I am impressed.Gary is a great plumber.Living in a 1938 built home, plumbing issues do occur. We always use Roto-Rooter at Orr Court Industrial location. As a customer, one can count fast, courteous service from knowlegeable people. Thanks, Roto-Rooter for another job well done!

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tim, Diyon and the crew at Charlotte Plumbing Masters. We had an entire pipe and plumbing renovation done, so it was quite a big job. They were extremely responsive and worked overtime on our more difficult than expected project. We even had a manufacturer malfunction with our sewer pump and they came out and fixed it at no additional charge. We would definitely recommend!

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

My mom and I called them to replace our garbage disposal And before he agreed to come out he asked us a few simple questions to see if we were able to fix it and thankfully we fixed it with a flick of a switch.. they very well could have charged us to come out and replace it (like we were expecting), it shows they really care about the customers and not a paycheck!!

We hired Fatman Plumbing to replace five toilets and install a new vanity and three new faucets. The gentlemen that worked on our home were courteous, quick, and very careful to leave clean areas when they were done. Their pricing was fair and the quote was spot-on accuate even though they ran into a couple of issues with two of the toilets.

I will absolutely use Fatman again in the future for any plumbing needs!
