This is my second experience with Chris at Fatman and he didn't disappoint! He is very professional and friendly, but more importantly, works like it is for his own home! He helped me transform an old buffet to a bathroom cabinet with a vessel sink. I couldn't be happier! He will be coming back in the future to help with other bathrooms I am remodeling! Also, we purchased a new toilet and discovered it was damaged and Chris called the manufacturer and helped us get it replaced for FREE!!! Thanks so much for your efforts!

I found a leak in a hot water line today at my home. Called FATman plumbing. Nick called me back quickly, was kind and professional, took details and asked questions. He kept me updated over the next hour as he found someone that would be able to get to us today. I was also updated by text.
Dylan came in the time frame indicated by Nick. He was kind and professional. Gave us recommendations, options, and pricing. He worked quickly and efficiently to resolve our issue today so we could get our hot water back on.
Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

To say that Brian Wilson and the young gentleman who came today to install my washing machine drain pan were great is an understatement. They were ready to start work before the time scheduled which is unheard of and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
After dealing for weeks with unprofessional people, they were a bright spot in my day. I will be using this company for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend everyone else does too.

It has been a stressful week at my house due to a broken washing machine.
FAT Man Plumbing (Faucet and Tub) (Faithful and Trusted) came out today despite fuel shortages around town and fixed my washer in record time!!
I called on them as a last resort when another company pushed off my appointment for yet another day due to the gas situation. This isn't even what they actually do, but I was totally desperate and gave them a call. Do you know what...they delivered!!

What really ended up being the cherry on top was that they didn't take the opportunity to gauge me - even after I showed my hand and told them how desperate I was.

I could not be more pleased with how professional, kind and accommodating they were.

Brian showed up on time, did a complete job and brought enough spare parts to finish the job on-time, without running to a hardware store for parts. Quoted the price for all the work, and it came in at that amount, with no surprises.
Brian hauled away the trash, wiped down the area and left the room cleaner than when he arrived. He also gave me the option of hauling away the old fixtures, for a fee, or I could do it myself and save the money. They also said I could pay cash or check and save the credit card fees. I took advantage of both offers. Saved $50.
Feels good to have a new water saver toilet, beautiful new faucets, a new water shut off valve and have the drains cleans out. It has been a week so far and it all works perfectly. We are looking forward to another 10 years of issue free plumbing in both our bathrooms and the kitchen.
Last year, Brian changed out the kitchen faucet and veggie sprayer. He also corrected a previous plumbing problem and brought it all up to code. Everything works perfect. Thank you FATman!

Excellent service and friendly staff. We called with an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Chris arrived at the house within 30 minutes from our initial call. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes..a clogged plumbing line between the house and the street was causing our downstairs toilet to overflow. The price charged for the service was very reasonable and significantly less than we were expecting for an emergency Saturday service call. Chris also explained to us some additional potential issues that we may have with our outside plumbing lines due to tree roots and a low spot in the front lawn. He suggested a way that we could cost effectively troubleshoot the issue ourselves and if we needed him in the future to help replace plumbing lines and get the necessary permitting, then we could give him a call. We will definitely be using FATman for our future plumbing needs and will recommend FATman to our friends!!!

We hired Fatman Plumbing to replace five toilets and install a new vanity and three new faucets. The gentlemen that worked on our home were courteous, quick, and very careful to leave clean areas when they were done. Their pricing was fair and the quote was spot-on accuate even though they ran into a couple of issues with two of the toilets.

I will absolutely use Fatman again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Chris and Nicholas came to our home to adjust our Flushmate pressure-assisted toilets. Aside from doing the job and correcting our problem, Chris and Nickolas are so very nice. Chris could have told us that we needed to replace the Flushmates with new toilets, but he did not. He is an honest plumber. The cost of his service was very reasonable. We had a leaky faucet and needed to replace it. They let me book my appointment immediately that morning. Brian was on time and worked super fast! Plus super friendly service from the ladies in the office who let me push the appointment back 30min last minute so I could run my child to school.

Chris came today to fix our garbage disposal and an issue with one of our toilets. He was super down to earth and actually explained things to me. He was fair, friendly, and honest. Definitely recommend FATman plumbing.

Fast, reasonable, and courteous! Our pipes were getting really loud and I knew it was time to have the pressure reducing valve replaced. FATman showed up, assessed the situation, and within 10 minutes, the valve was replaced and the noise was gone! I may have been able to do this myself but after getting my own valve from Lowes and finding out the threads on the fittings were a different size, I would've had to hunt down new fittings, cut the pipes, and risk causing more damage than I started out with. FATman provided a 5 year warranty that I couldn't pass up, nor could I get the job done so quickly! Thanks FATman!

Wanted to get a garbage disposal installed and they wanted $77 just to come out and give me an estimate. Are they nuts??? A garbage disposal install takes about 30 minutes at the most.

I've never used Fatman for my plumbing needs but I was just in the Chick-Fil-A drive through and the van in front of me (Fatman Plumbing) paid for my meal. I thanked the ladies at the drive through and picked up the meal for the car behind me. Fatman Plumbing started something great at the Chick-Fil-A in Wesley Chapel.
