Best Installation Work in Charlotte NC

I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

Jason drove from a job in SC all the way to my houses within an hour and a half of being called. He was on time, thorough, polite, efficient, friendly and professional. He is definitely trustworthy and dependable. He is even coming back at a time that I am home from work for my comfort level. Highly recommended!

Professional service technicians. A human answered when calling to request service which was nice and not a machine. Communicated well while repairing leak. Once at location for service they worked quickly and cleaned the area well. Thank you gentlemen for your time.

This fantastic experience started with the first person in the chain. Though I don't recall her name she was great at scheduling and following up on the appointment. Everything was right on time! Marty was my actual technician and he was exceptional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and scheduled the follow-up appointment in short and efficient order. Then there was the follow-up from the management to make sure I had a quality experience. I absolutely did. I am happy to highly recommend this company and will be using them on my future endeavors.

Update: So I talked with the owner, and another one of his employees about the snake being stuck in the drainage pipe. They were able to get the snake loose thank goodness. The owner is a nice guy and so is his employees. I'm now well aware of the issues that is plagueging the pipes down below our house.

I appreciate his time and effort and helping me out. He also notified me that there was other issues with the pipes. Such as previous individuals trying to fix them. Which only made the problem worse over time. I'm relieved to know that him, and his other employees spotted the problem in time.

if I were to refer someone that actually knows how to do the job right it would be AAA plumbing. Response time is impeccable, and all the employees, any the owner is very courteous.

The plumber from Rapid-Rooter (TJ) was great. He quickly assessed the severity of cloggs in several bathtubs and sinks and fixed them. TJ was very professional and charged a fair price for his services.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TJ and Rapid-Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

** Too expensive **

I have a toilet bowl clogging issue and I called them. They performed a basic check with an auger for couple of minutes and it got cleared. Just for this effort, they charged $200+ bucks. For the next level of inspection to reset the toilet, he quoted an additional $440. But I’m lucky enough not to go that level. They are on time, professional, responsive and resolved the issue. But their prices look astronomical to me.

Leon was right on time to fix our plumbing issues -- and he was quick to do it! Charming and polite, he also gave me advice on caulking and how to do it right. We are very pleased.

I had a great experience with Ritchie Plumbing. Fast, dependable, and very expert in their work. Fixed my problem and a few other issues I wasn't aware of.

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. Will use them again from any plumbing needs that I have. Thank YOU!!!
