Tommy and J.J communicated with us via text and phone call to schedule when they were coming. They replace the door bell and then had to come back to take care of a second unexpected issue. My husband and I were very pleased with their job. They were professional, nice, and came prepare with their PPE (for Covid-19). Will call them again without a doubt!

They came out to meet with me on my very weird and limited schedule of availability, prepared a quote on the spot and were out the next day to replace my system. It was after 7:00pm and I needed someone to fix an outlet in my garage ASAP because I had our 2nd refrigerator on that outlet - with no power! I called several places and Lamm called me immediately. He had me text him pictures and he walked me through finding the problem. We were able to fix it and my refrigerator is working! (I offered to pay him for his time and he said no)

I contracted with Bates Electric to install a Tesla charger replace an overhead fixture and replace a ceiling fan. Rob Miller was the electrician who arrived and he took care of everything that day with ease. His work was neat and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and quite happy to explain his procedures. Rob was confident and well spoken and we could not be more happy with his work and very fair price. I have used Bates several times and will continue to call them for all our electrical work. They are top notch

If you are need in of an electrician, look no further. We have hired Ryan to work on two different projects and are 110% satisfied with his work. I have never come across another contractor who was so easy to work with, had great rates, came when he said he would, completed his work on time and cleaned up after himself, every single time! I called on a Friday and was able to get the guys scheduled for a Monday morning. They came on time, were careful with the job (2nd level foyer light and dining room fixture), and efficient. Overall it was a good experience and prices seem competitive with what I’d been quoted elsewhere.

The lady and older guy who handle the scheduling are very straightforward, if not a little grumpy. However, the actual electrician who came out was nice enough and seemed to know what he was doing. He did a nice job installing some lights and cleaned up when he was done. I was charged $85 on top of the quote I got, which I was not thrilled about, but at least the job was done right. Overall it seems to be a decent company.

Had a different electrician come out and diagnose my electrical problem. Took 2 weeks to get a special ordered breaker delivered and unfortunately, it didn't fit upon install. After 2 miserable weeks of no AC or hot water, I contacted Discount Electrical. They were able to come and fix my electrical issue within an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend these guys!
