Had an estimate for a whole house plumbing replacement and was very pleased with the professional services. Russ Baker Jr. Came to check on a possible leak under the house. He was on time and did a quick service.

Daniel worked diligently and did a great job replacing a broken sewage line in my front yard.

Joe and Jeff helped us to fix the water line. They were prompt and very professional. Definitely recommend them!

They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. Destiny, Stefan & Jordan are the people I worked with. Destiny kept in contact with me by phone and email and was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and emailing the correct forms for me to sign. Stefan and Jordan were the men that did my repairs and replaced my main water line to the street. Both were very respectful of my shrubs and flower beds and did minimal damage to them. Grass seed was replanted and the yard was left in good condition. The price was very reasonable for all the hard work that was done. I appreciated the fact that Stefan and Jordan kept me updated through out the day on what work was being done. I was very pleased with this company and will call them again if I need more work done.

My elderly neighbor had her electrical ripped off the outside of her home by a downed tree. It is July in the Carolinas and she is in her nineties... I contacted Roby... Every single person was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They worked hard (in the rain) to make sure that the job would be done quickly, on a Friday, so that the inspection could happen and the power would be restored that day instead of the next week. They worked all day to make sure that the resident, me, the inspector and the power company were on the same page... Thanks so much to Allen and Ryan!!!

MD installed my tankless water heater several years ago. I have since called them for all my plumbing needs.

I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!

Very responsive (arrived within an hour of logging a call) and the engineer (Brian) was very professional and explained the problem, planned resolution and costs before he started work. The issue was then resolved quickly and efficiently - an all round good experience!

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.
