Dustin was really professional. He helped me figured out each one of the problems I had and gave me a resolution for each one. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, explained everything and was very professional and friendly!

**UPDATE 1/7/17** I was contacted by the owner of the company who confirmed that I was charged too much for the amount of work done. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and advised me that the recently hired plumber sent to the house made a mistake on the charge. He gave me a refund of $350.00. I have updated my review and have given them three stars because it shows that at least the owner cares enough about his business to rectify a mistake.

**UNREASONABLE PRICING**. I was charged $729 for removing a toilet and unclogging the toilet drain. Work that I found out the next day should of cost at most $450.00

I called AAA City plumbing based on good reviews. I had an emergency plumbing issue with my rental property on New Years day. Over the phone I was quoted at $139 for a plumber to come out and assess the issue. Upon arriving and assessing the issue I was then quoted at $769.00 to remove a toilet and unclog the drain using an electric rooter. Unfortunately, because of the $139 assessment fee I thought I would lose if I didn't take care of the issue right then and there, and because this was my rental property which required more immediate attention I hesitantly agreed to what seemed to an unreasonably high price for the amount of work to be done. The technician was at my rental for approximately 45 minutes at most. Thinking I had been charged to much, I decided to call a few other plumbing companies in the area to check comparisons on the work done and get a price range for this type of work. I was quoted between $200-$450 by three different companies. The most expensive estimate was based on what the plumber told me was worst case scenario. I called AAA City Plumbing to discuss what appeared to be either a mistake in pricing or gauging due to the holiday. They advised me that this was their price and failed to provide me with an itemized bill of the work that was done.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. I set up an appointment easily, they called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on the way and showed up on time. More importantly, the technician was knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also courteous and friendly. I highly recommend using Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Bliss Plumbing. Tony did an incredible job during the initial consultation and explained step by step what needed to be done to replace my tankless water heater. When it came time to replace the water heater Tony was on time and completed the job on time. I would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again in the future thanks to Tony and the entire support staff!

Brett regulated the water pressure to my home. He was very professional and timely. His pricing was fair. He showed pictures before and after and explained work done that he guarantees. Never could get them on the phone for two days. No way to leave messages. Their loss!!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

So I had scheduled a routine maintenance for my AC unit to get ready for the summer. My technician Zach and his trainee Brandon arrived at the scheduled appointment time. They were very polite and friendly. They chatted a little bit with us and then got straight to work. After the initial inspection and cleaning. Zach let us know that we had some upgrades that would be beneficial to our unit. Other technicians have also told us but never offered the finance options like Zach. I trusted Zach's advice and we went through the process of getting the upgrades. They had the part's on the truck and we're finished in under a hour. Morris Jenkins is lucky to have Zach as one of their technicians and with him training Brandon, you're going to have another great tech. I would happily invite both of these men for a summer BBQ. The Tech was very good and professional. However your billing process does not seem fair. He was at my place for 30 minutes and you charged $99 for service call and then charged another $96 for work. I new the problem and told him what was wrong but needed an electrician to verify.

Can’t say enough nice things about Hobbs. I have unfortunately needed random plumbing services for several things over the past few months. Every time I call, they have someone available quickly, keep me informed and return calls quickly.
