Travis was great at educating me on the issue, he completed the job in a timely manner and was professional and friendly! I appreciated his ability to assess the problem, provide the quote and solution, and complete the work without hassle. With me working from home, along with having 3 children working from home (both work and school), it was not a disruption to my home. I will be a repeat customer because of his attention to detail and speedy yet spot-on work!

Seth and Mike were great. Arrived exactly when they said they would. They got one leak fixed and found another I didn't know about. They didn't leave until they were certain everything was fixed. Not only did they do a great job, they were really nice guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

David handled our emergency situation here at our restaurant in a friendly and professional way. He was so courteous! His guys were here on the spot, even though they were busy elsewhere. They made it a point to help us get our problem solved so that we could open our doors for business and not lose any revenue. Would highly recommend. We'll be using them all the time. Ted from Option One was extremely responsive, professional and thorough. Great communication from start to finish and he did an excellent job locating and repairing two separate leaks we would have never found otherwise.

Someone was able to come out the evening that a pipe busted and fix everything same day! Super responsive, polite, and thorough! While I hope to never need them again, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing work!

Steve initially scoped and quoted work to install new garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucets and master bath shower head and faucet. He took time to provide his expertise and recommendations for the type and style of fixtures that would work best. He also recommended options where I might shop for best quality product and service. Steve immediately provided me the quote that helped me move my project forward.I followed Steve’s recommendations and purchased the necessary fixtures and when everything arrived I called ER. Steve came back on-site and was surprised that everything he recommended was in place and ready for the install.All three pieces went very smoothly and took about 2 hours from start to finish. Steve communicated extremely well throughout the whole project, stopping periodically during the installation to inform me of minor things that came up that required my decision. He double checked everything he touched to insure nothing was leaking, nothing was still on and that the water was turned back on.He took all boxes and packing and left the areas clean and very tidy. Truly a professional job and I have and will use ER Plumbing in the future and highly recommend Steve for all your plumbing needs.

Responded quickly, relative to other contractors; I called them in the morning and they had shown up, diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the drain line, and had a sustainable solution proposal within a few hours. The techs on site were courteous, careful (wore shoe covers inside), listened intently, and competent.

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.
