I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Tim Herms was called out on a Sunday evening and got to my home quickly. He had all the equipment he needed to check out the problem and just as quickly gave us the answers we needed. He then took the time to explain our options for getting the job done. He was friendly and efficient with his work. He arrived on Monday to do the job and explained how everything was going to go and the job was done. Very happy with Tim and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Will be recommending this company and Tim to my family and friends.

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

Diyan Mitev and his assistant were professional, thorough and courteous. They explained the process required for a washing machine faucet replacement very well, and answered all questions. They also tested the incoming water pressure, examined and tested the hot water heater for water or gas leaks. Additionally, Diyan reviewed the main interior plumbing pressure valve, and explained the process for having that replaced. A good experience. This appointment was for an estimate only, but I am confident in what I saw and heard, and will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters to complete the job.

We used this company for a gas log install. They were quick to respond and our technician Tony was super professional and extremely efficient.

We were caught in a pinch due to our hot water heater leaking. We needed to replace it ASAP with a young infant at home. We called around and everyone continued to say not available until Wednesday or Thursday. This company and technician came the same day ( on a Saturday)and replaced our hot water heater. will definitely be using them for our future needs.

I did not use their service BUT I plan to in the future!Why? Because they are honest. I contacted ER for a second estimate on a hot water heater snd a tapping sound from my pipes in an upstairs bath. The first company was nice but made my plumbing issue an emergency and wanted to do the job the next day. That’s always a red flag. Might I add that the first company was a referral from a home warranty I have.Anthony from ER took his time to address my concerns and assured me there was no emergency and educated me on what to look out for.They have my future business. PERIODT

I highly recommend WWOP for any of your plumbing needs. The team is highly responsive and knows their stuff. I've had some big jobs (busted main water line) and small jobs (leaky bathroom shower) . Every time they assess, inform and fix for the lowest cost to the homeowner. Very professional and locally owned. They have saved me more than once in an emergency. Not sure when they sleep. Call them, you won't be sorry.

Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.
