Anthony Allison of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a consummate professional plumber. He was incredible. Anthony was able to detect our leak immediately. The reason this is astounding is because I called one of Charlotte's best rated plumbing companies to come out twice and they left both times unable to find it. Anthony is a beilliant master plumber who demonstrates leadership, integrity and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of plumbing. Mr. Rooter Plumbing went above and beyond to help us out. Matthew and his coworkers (I’m sorry I can’t remember their names) were great and professional. We will definitely use them again!

I had previously had 2 plumbers come out and have a look at the kitchen drain. They were sure I had to hydro jet my main line. Scott came out and cleared the line without the need for hydro jetting. He was knowledgeable, courteous and saved me a lot of money by using his experience and understanding of clogs rather than a tool immediately (snake, hydro jetting etc) to fix it. I was really pleased with Scott's work and would definitely use the company again!

The best plumbing company I've ever seen. We had AAA out after another company came out and seemed more interested in selling me stuff than fixing my leaky toilet. Dave from AAA Plumbing arrived same day, went right to the leaky toilet, said got a bad flapper, quoted it and fixed it. I think in about 30 minutes. Dave is highly professional, and clearly takes pride in his work and the company he represents. I highly recommend this company and Dave!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

I generally don’t right reviews but I was so impressed with Nick and how he handled our leak I felt it only fitting to express my appreciation. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and we didn’t know how bad it was. I was very upset not knowing where it was coming from. Nick was professional, extremely neat when he needed to cut the Sheetrock and found where the problem was. He took his time and explained every step as to what he was doing. He went the extra mile to ease my mind and made several suggestions to us. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing to my family and friends.

My mom and I would highly recommend using this company. Not only did the gentleman arrive within the timeframe we were told, he was so professional, warm and friendly (which is hard to come by these days). The young man, by the name of Tyrell I believe, came in and before even beginning he laid out all the possibilities and the cost. I love how open and honest he was with my mom. Once he took a look and realized our garbage disposal needed to be replaced, he informed my mom and she gave him the green light to replace it. He was so quick! On top of that, he tried the garbage disposal out with her before leaving and sent her before and after pictures of his work. Honestly, if you hire them on customer service only you will get your money's worth. Thank you Wonderful World of Plumbing. We really appreciate your service.

Prompt and helpful personal

They stayed in contact throughout the day to keep me posted as to what was happening as to their arrival. Even though they were very busy they fit me in and came out after hours. They were quick and clean and professional. I will call them first if needed.
