Best Heating System Installation in Charlotte NC

Justin has spend a lot of time at our home and I have three small children - we trust him around our children and working in our home whether we are here or out of town. His prices aren't the lowest but his quality of service and guarantee of his workmanship is worth every penny. We refer him to everyone we know and think he is the best plumber in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

The best! The nicest! The cleanest! Most honest! If you need a water softener system, it is really good! Just got it installed yesterday and I feel the difference already!

On Christmas Eve I came home to a busted water pipe. I called many companies and could not get anyone out till several days later since so many people had frozen or busted pipes and on the day after Christmas I called Pathmaker and John called me back within a couple hours and was at my home to repair the leak! He was friendly, fun to talk to and did excellent work. I will recommend this company to everyone! He had to disconnect my water heater to get to the busted pipe and put everything back perfectly, he found a hole in my wall and even put spray insulation in it for me. I am extremely happy and will be a customer for life. Words cannot express how grateful I am for his service today!!!

The three bathrooms (2 and 1/2 baths) have numerous minor plumbing concerns. Joe was great at keeping track of problems and promptly fixing them. Mindful and meticulous best described him. We use Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning and have used them in the past with great results.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Great Price and excellent service!!Recently I scheduled regular maintenance for my HVAC unit. Dylan Balance was the tech assigned to this task and he did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable n very pleasant. Very patiently he completed his task and answered all the questions I had. In the future when I need any service from Morris-Jenkins I would request Dylan Balance because of his professional n respectful attitude (which is rare to see these days). Jake M. from Roby Electric came out to install two pendant lights over our kitchen island which required some switch work, wiring and installation services. Jake is a true expert technician and customer service professional. Along with the requested work, he performed a pre-work safety check of all electrical panels and general status of wiring and conditions. Work was fast, efficient, clean and above all -- complete and professional. In today's world, not always easy to find! I commend Roby Services on their choice of employees and would like to personally thank Jake for the excellent work and excellent customer service!

Jason came through to replace a hose bibb for me. He was on time, personable, professional, and did a quality job allowing me to enjoy a weekend kayaking instead of cursing while trying to do it myself. The front office was friendly and got me scheduled quickly for the initial estimate and actual repair. They were solid all around. Thank you Jason. I appreciate you man!

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I don't know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.

I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. He was very professional and courteous to our schedule. I will keep their number on my speed dial if I ever have another issue again. !GREAT COMPANY!

Accent Comfort Services is an excellent company for heating & air conditioning, for plumbing and for electric. Their technicians are prompt, skilled, well-mannered and trustworthy. The maintenance contracts they offer I consider to be good values in today's market-place.
